My husband has his work Christmas party here, and I can only pray they use this place again next year.
The service was excellent, and the service was fantastic!
The food! OMG, so much to choose from and everything was just wonderful.
Thank you to the staff for a fabulous evening and experience.

Very nice Venue to hold the Spring Festival of Crafts, presented by the Toledo Craftsman's Guild. The only problem i had is the lighting could have been much better.

They seemed to be short staffed. Usually tables are cleared quickly but last night they sat for hours after dinner. Bathrooms were out of paper and locks on stalls didn't work properly. One stall wouldn't lock, the other wouldn't unlock. Food was good though and the place was clean.

Extremely disappointed in the treatment by facility manager. She spent the entire day criticizing the decisions of the bride (a good friend of mine) and groom as if she forgot she was in the service industry and that it's tacky. It's a poor reflection on your business when the people doing setup have to remind you that there's nothing wrong with the people who are paying for the service having opinions on how they'd like things, that is normal. If they didn't ask you to plan it, then it's your job to follow their wishes and help make it their best day versus constantly second-guessing and judging their choices. What you don't do is get visibly upset at someone's reception, talk badly to their guests while you're releasing them to get their food, and you especially don't come after the bride DURING the party telling her that she's made mistakes and acting like you aren't the professional here! Most people get married once (if they're lucky). You're the one who watches multiple of these things per week/month/etc so the least surprised and most knowledgeable should be the one paid for this service.

Sometimes things take a pivot that one may or may not see happening (people not sitting in their assigned seats for example) but a true professional would roll with that and move on, and worst-case scenario you can have a conversation with either the couple (once they're back I mean it's not like you don't have all their info) or someone who can help address your concerns. Instead she chose to not serve a table where guests were visibly seated until someone came and asked her why she wouldn't have had food back there yet. Again-that's a terrible showing on the person who does this job day in and out, so should have a million ways to tactfully solve this with zero interruption. You could see that there were empty chairs scattered around so while the makeup might have changed, the number was fine. Just serve the butts in the chairs!

Facility-the side where the ceremony was, the floor was disgusting. In front of one of the chairs it looked like something has completely ruined the carpet and was never cleaned up or replaced, nothing. Additionally if you aren't using chair covers, you shouldn't have chairs with rips all in the upholstery or stains on the fabric. Nobody is expecting ratty chairs for their guests.

Tablecloths weren't steamed or anything, all the creases were still in each one like they just got pulled out of a closet. Maybe that's normal now, but I can't imagine having that as something you should have to specify or pay extra for, is it? Before the dinner started, trash was being picked up seconds after it was on the table but as soon as dinner hit, the plates started piling up and weren't collected until well into dancing time and after the cake was cut so you had dishes everywhere.

I'm sure the couple won't be as harsh as I am because they were in that wedded bliss stage (although the bride won't forget being made to cry because she didn't understand why the lady came at her like that on her day), and ultimately because the rest of us knew how to handle minimizing the manager's impact the wedding went well and was a great event. But it was not thanks to the hall manager or the facility itself. It was the party goers and the friends and family that was focused on making sure those two had a great time.

Very classy banquet hall. Good food. The service was completely spot on. The wait staff were on top of everything. Comfortable location. 3+ large banquet rooms. Sound proof rooms. We did not hear any of the music from the other banquet halls till we stepped out in the lobby. A very pleasant experience.

The facility is beautiful. We celebrated my mom's 60th birthday. Michelle was easy to work with and very flexible with allowing us to come in set up. Food was pretty good. The cost of the space is expensive, but it well worth it.

I didn't pay for their services, and I couldn't be happier about it. For the money my cousin gave them, 4k+, the food was bland (chicken only had pepper) the roast beef tasted from frozen the potatoes and corn had nothing in them. Hell the cake didn't have enough icing on it 🤣🤣 (pictured). Absolutely not worth it.
