Its taken us a full four weeks from our wedding day on 9/27 to actually sit down and put to words how wonderful Chilleens is. From the moment we booked with them Alisha and her whole team were truly our partners in making our big day absolutely perfect. There wasn’t a single text or call that went unanswered and there was always solution on the other line. People told us for 18 months no matter how much you plan, things will go wrong on your wedding day, and they were right. All the inevitable hiccups (like a car on fire on the i17 creating three hours of traffic) seemed like they weren’t even a problem. The whole staff made our day absolutely amazing. We were struck with a heat wave that weekend and even Tracey the DJ was above and beyond by placing ice packs on our necks and putting fans under the sweetheart table. When I tell you this team does it all, THEY DO IT ALL. We forever love the Chilleens team! If you’re debating on booking, let this be your sign that Chilleens will make your day perfect.

Our wedding at Chilleens in Black Canyon City, AZ, was nothing short of magical! The venue itself is stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery that provided the perfect backdrop for our special day. Every detail was meticulously cared for, making it feel like a dream come true.

A huge special shoutout to our coordinator, Alisha! Her organizational skills, creativity, and calming presence made everything run smoothly. She went above and beyond to ensure our vision was realized, and we felt completely supported throughout the entire process.

We also want to thank Aleah, the owner, for creating such a wonderful atmosphere at Chilleens. Her passion and dedication truly shine through in every aspect of the venue.

With their included vendors, we were able to have a seamless experience, and we couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. Our day was perfect in every way, and we are so grateful to everyone at Chilleens for making our wedding unforgettable!

If you are looking for the most perfect wedding venue....you found it! I cannot say enough good things about how magical our whole experience was. All of the staff and vendors are wonderful. Alisha is a freaking ROCKSTAR! The planning process was so stress free.. I even reached out at one point and asked if I needed to be doing more because it all seemed too easy. I never knew you could plan a wedding and not lose sleep ? They took care of everything..including me and my husband all night. Our guests could not believe how beautiful the venue was, how gorgeous the flowers were, how great the DJ was, everything. I heard "this is the best wedding I've ever been to!" from so many guests and I am SO grateful for the amazing venue team, because it was all them!!! I got my dream wedding at an affordable price and it was truly PERFECT ?

Let me start this by saying my family has told me forever that I have a “princess complex” so when it came to looking for venues this was no exception. I saw a friend comment on The Venue at Chilleens and instantly fell in love. Originally the dates we wanted were already booked. They had one date in April that I could make work for us so I booked the tour. Alisha is who helped me out and gave me the tour. She broke everything down and gave me all the paperwork to take home. I instantly told my fiancé this was the venue! We booked the next day. We did the all inclusive package because I did not have time to be a DIY bride due to my job and princesses shouldn’t have to put in a lot of work. Alisha made everything so easy. Answered every question I had and even the ones that weren’t related to the venue but wedding in general cause I had no idea. Come day of the wedding she was on point making sure everything was perfect for my princess perfect wedding. My guests could not stop talking about how great the venue was and how great Alisha and the team were. We were able to bring in decorations at the rehearsal and tell her where they were to go and she made it happen with her team. Through out the wedding day the team made sure bride and groom were hydrated and kept checking in to see if we needed anything. At the end of the night they helped pack up everything and loaded into our cars. It was the most stress free wedding I could have imagined. Having the other vendors be part of the all inclusive package was such a relief and they all did wonderful. You could not have a better venue then this. We looked at a few of the “top venues” and their all inclusive package did not compare to this one at all and for a way higher price. Do not miss taking a tour of this venue and ask all the questions you may have at the tour that makes you hesitate, they most likely have an answer you are looking for.

If I could give a million stars to this venue and the amazing people that help make it run, I would. Everyone looking for a venue for their special day needs to come to Chilleens! I have dreamed so long for my dream wedding so my expectations were very high. Not only did they meet every need or desire with ease, they excelled in every way possible. On the day of my wedding after the ceremony was over, a HUGE monsoon storm rushed in and I was in pure shock and disappointment. Not only did Alisha and her team work together to take care of me & my husband, they made sure all my guests were happy and taking care of to the point that it seemed like they knew the storm was coming. They went above and beyond making our day magical even in the pure chaos that the weather entailed. The entire schedule was so different that what was planned and they helped to make it flow so effortlessly and with ease. We felt so supported and loved by Alisha and her crew at every step of the way. Even before our big day, Alisha was amazing at answering any and all of my questions! You can seriously tell they are doing what they are passionate about, and that they are one big family. I am so grateful for them for making all my fairytale wedding dreams come true. They brought the magic!

I can’t say enough good things about this venue! The inclusive package makes everything so stress free! All vendors are fabulous to work with. Alisha is wonderful! She helped make me feel so relaxed on the day of my wedding and always made sure I was well taken care of. Ive heard horror stories from brides about how stressful the whole planning process is etc and I had none of that and truly got to enjoy the whole planning process and day itself. If you choose Chilleens you won’t be disappointed.

Where do i even start…our wedding was this past Saturday, October 19th and it was truly a dream come true I feel like every woman dreams of a perfect wedding and I feel like I truly had the most perfect wedding and I honestly have to give all the credit to all the staff ESPECIALLY alisha we had the most seem less day ever, everything went as planned and now I just wish I could relive that day over and over again!! From the flowers to the music to the photos it all was perfect and now I wish I could get remarried everyday just to have that perfect seem less day happen all over again! I have been eyeing this venue since my pre-prospective husband days where I was single and not dating anyone, and always knew that when the time came, I would want to get married here.

Now fast forward 4-5 years later, my fiance' and I tour the venue in May of 2022- we we were absolutely BLOWN away by not only how gorgeous the venue was, but how professional and helpful Aleah (the owner) was when she spoke with us and provided us an information packet as well as let us taste the chicken & steak that is usually provided during weddings. It was absolutely delicious food. Upon departure of the venue, we both knew we wanted to get married at Venue at Chilleens. A few days later, we put a deposit down for May 17, 2024 so about 1 year later.

In the year of wedding planning, both Alisha and Aleah were incredibly helpful with guiding me in the right direction. I was reached out to by Leslie (flowers), Tracy (DJ), April (photos), and Silver Rose Bakery for 1x1 phone meetings + an in person cake tasting with the bakery. I was blown away by the continuous organization my inner type A was feeling by this venue and their vendors. They had it ALL together! I am usually pretty anxious, and I can say that this experience dimmed my anxiety tremendously to almost non-existent. I know I could not have made it through this whole year without them all.

The rehearsal & rehearsal lunch was awesome- Alisha is an absolute badass- not only is she communicative to the MAX, she is friendly, organized, and truly makes you feel LOVED. Mid rehearsal, we had a dust storm that started to sweep through the property, and Alisha lunged herself at me to protect me (I am the bride). It was beyond genuine of her and warmed my heart tremendously (thanks Alisha!) throughout my whole rehersal experience, I was reminded more and more WHY I chose this venue to host one of the most important days of my life.

Wedding day was A DREAM. Alisha and her team (Charisma, Karli and Bradyn) made my husband and I feel like a king and queen- the day itself was so busy, and they kept checking on us- bringing us whatever we needed, waters, alcoholic beverages, food. Tracy was a phenomenal DJ. April an AMAZING photographer. Our cake was delicious from Silver Rose. We hired an outside vendor for our videographer (Phx Rising Media- Taylor & Tiffany) who knocked it out out of the park with their amazing skills of making you feel so special, seen and heard.

THANK YOU to the Venue at Chilleens team for making our special day UNFORGETTABLE! I will have nonstop amazing things to say about this location. Aleah, Alisha needs a raise! You have to keep her for a long time! Thank you for everything you have done, from the bottom of our hearts!! XXOO
