This is a gorgeous venue that has a wonderful owner!

I had my wedding ceremony and reception here in early November 2024. It’s a very cozy and historical building - with so much love and attention to detail put into restoration. Josh (the owner) and his family are truly dedicated to not only making the venue perfect - but also making your special day/event perfect for you as well.

I was the first out of state bride he had, and he was wonderful! He did a video tour for us, sent us so many photos, vendor recommendations (which we used all recommended ones since they were SO good), helped determine what seating arrangements would be best, worked with our timelines, and so much more.

The venue has many rooms to get ready in on the second floor, as well as a game-focused third floor for getting ready. The first floor has 3 smaller roomers and down a hallway is a larger reception hall that can seat many more guests. We used the 3 downstairs rooms for: ceremony, reception & caterer/food area, as well as getting ready areas.

I’d recommend this venue to anyone looking for a unique venue to host weddings, baby showers, birthdays, anniversaries - or even just a fun family get together.

The Von Isley Estate could not have been a more perfect place to have our wedding and wedding reception at. Not only is the venue beautiful and filled with charm, the owner Joshua, his family and the staff were all amazing and so helpful! They truly felt like family before the weekend even ended! If I could give more than five stars I would and I wouldn't change a thing. I was so proud to have my wedding at such a unique and beautiful place! The Von Isley Estate was the perfect backdrop to my niece’s dream bridal shower. The owners couldn’t have been nicer and were so proud of their work in fixing up this old house into a beautiful venue. We stayed overnight in the spacious rooms upstairs. Each one was charmingly decorated differently. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Please consider them for your next event.

We had our baby shower here to welcome the arrival of our first little one, and everything was fantastic. The Von Isley Estate was a perfect venue for our New Year's Eve Wedding. Joshua and Gerna were absolutely wonderful to work with throughout the planning process and so supportive the day of our wedding. We booked the Estate for the Day package and included overnight rooms. Our guests raved about our evening ceremony which took place in front of one of the beautiful fireplaces located in the mansion. Then we had a fantastic time ringing in the New Year in the celebration hall with all of our friends and family. If you are looking for a unique venue with lots of charm and character, then I highly recommend The Von Isley Estate for your wedding or event. You will not be disappointed.

A little gem of a space in Niles! Perfect venue for my baby shower of 30! The owners were so nice to work with, the space was clean and well-kept. All of my guests had nothing but great things to say about the venue and it’s historic charm. Definitely recommend!
