I'm going to try to write this review without making it seem like an exaggeration.
We are based in Tampa and my daughter and her fiancee chose Yosemite for their wedding.....a location none of us had ever been. The first (and best) decision we made was selecting Jessica as our wedding planner. We had 8 months to plan this destination wedding, and i guarantee that of it were not for Jessica, the kids would have given up and eloped! She was knowledgeable about the area and the vendors. She was patient and kind, while keeping us the timeline. We deferred to her on many decisions, and were thrilled with absolutely everything. They were married at Bridalveil Falls and their reception was at Sierra Cider. We chose Cheg Melissa for the catering. On the day of, she was calm and smiling the entire time, while managing all aspects. All we had to do was show up and soak up the joy!!! I highly recommend Jess as your wedding planner and hope we have reason to work with her again in the future!

Jess is absolutely incredible and she made my Yosemite wedding dreams come true! When I first decided I wanted to get married outdoors in Yosemite, I was completely overwhelmed at HOW one even does that. Luckily I found Jess early in the process and she was exactly who I needed (I didn't ever think I would hire a wedding planner but it was SO WORTH IT).

We had our ceremony at Glacier Point and reception picnic at Cathedral Beach and with Jess' expertise, it honestly felt like a fairytale! She helped every step of the way, from designing the brunch table layout, to picking up rentals, coordinating with my vendors, setting up the ceremony and brunch spots, and being a comforting, warm presence during our entire day! I really felt like Jess went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was considered, so that on our wedding day everything went smoother than I could've ever dreamed of. A perfect day, 10/10!! I would highly recommend The Wandering Bride to anyone who wants to make their Yosemite wedding dreams come true. Thank you Jess!

The Wandering Bride, Jessica and her team are the most amazing, wonderful people dream team we could have ever asked for!! I booked her as my coordinator for our destination wedding 18 months prior to our day. She was not only my coordinator, even if we did not book her as our wedding planner, she helped me above and beyond as a source of wedding ins and outs for Yosemite, helped me brainstorm throughout all my logistics, and I never felt that I had stupid questions, she made me feel that all my concerns are valid, and it made all the planning so easy. The aisle planner was very helpful, through it, I was able to plan the wedding in a very timely and organized way. She was there, every step of the way. Of course, if I had more than 50 guests, I wouldn't think twice to book them as our wedding planner. But if you are thinking you can plan your destination wedding, you can definitely do it with their help! If you book with The Wandering Bride as your coordinator or wedding planner. It doesn't really matter, as long as you book with them, you will ace your Yosemite Destination wedding. We had a ceremony at Glacier Point, with string quartet, and rented a bus for the guests to and from our reception at Tenaya Lodge. We had some thunders and a little rain, and at the end of our ceremony, we had a double rainbow. It was so magical but also we were fortunate to have all the best team. Jess, I am forever grateful to have you by my side as the best wedding coordinator/mentor/guru! My wedding dream team!! What an absolutely wonderful experience we had with Jess! She was so helpful every step of the way planning our spectacular wedding at Glacier point and reception at The Pines! I sent her my Pinterest ideas, talked to her on the phone multiple times, texted her with any stress or concerns I had and she was on top of everything with ease and care. She brought all my ideas to life while talking to each vendor with me and knowing exactly what questions to ask. We couldn’t have pulled this off without her, especially with us planning from the East Coast. If you choose her as your planner, you won’t regret it!! ?

Jessica is a phenomenal wedding planner. We hired her for day of coordination but she went far above and beyond that. Jess was there for every little thing and never hesitated to offer her help and insight. In the beginning stages of planning our destination wedding, I was on the fence about hiring a coordinator or not but I am SO SO happy that I did, because looking back now, there would have been no way things would have turned out as beautifully and seamlessly as it did without the help and insight that Jess brings. From every detail I provided Jess with my vision and wants, she brought to life. Aside from her expertise, Jess is so kind and genuine. She was truly like my wedding planning bestie and she calmed all my anxieties especially when it came down to the last few weeks. Jessica helped us plan our wedding in Yosemite as a Day Of Coordinator. She was a very steady hand in helping us wrap up the final pieces leading up to the wedding and also keeping us on track throughout the day. She did a fantastic job, and we are very grateful for her presence as it allowed us to enjoy the day even though there was so much going on. We would highly recommend her to anyone!

Having Jessica to help us plan logistics for our big day, along with making sure everything ran smoothly day of, was the best decision we made! Jessica was a supporter, cheerleader, a positive and friendly face and offered wonderful advice when we had a hard time making some wedding day decisions. We utilized Jessica's month/day of package however, Jessica was very accommodating and kind in allowing us to reach out to her before taking over month of to pick her wedding expertise brain. She was always responsive and communicated clearly. Jessica went above and beyond in many ways, even doing a site-visit tour for us since we were from out of town. We wouldn't have had such a beautiful, flowing day without her. We highly recommend you utilizing Jessica and Maggie- such a wonderful duo!
