I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The comfort and relaxation it provided were exactly what I needed. The rooms were cozy and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure all my needs were met.

The hotel's location was ideal for exploring Norwalk’s attractions and was conveniently close to family in other parts of Connecticut. It was also surrounded by a variety of delicious food options, making dining a treat every day.

The atmosphere was peaceful, especially at night, allowing for restful sleep. The view from outside the room was beautiful, adding to the overall tranquility of the experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area—it's a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and great service.

We were here for a weekend visit with the family, and what an amazing choice the Watershed was. The lobby was stunning, and the staff was all so kind. The rooms were extremely well appointed and seemed recently remodeled - the shower was modern, bright, stylish and VERY clean, down to the grout, which I appreciated. The beds were extremely comfortable, slept like a rock lol. We utilized the french press coffee service one morning and it was delicious. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the Norwalk area!

My husband and I booked our wedding room block at the Watershed and we could not recommend more! Emily and her staff were so accommodating letting us expand our room block when we had a higher yield than expected – we ended up with almost 70 rooms. They went above and beyond, from helping load guests onto the shuttle buses to making a cute sign to hand out our welcome bags. They were so friendly to our guests, and I got multiple texts from friends that the hotel was incredible, literally “10/10”. The hotel is a gorgeous little oasis, perfect as the central point for our rustic, fall CT weekend. The private Sunday breakfast was DELICIOUS and no problem for all our guests to stop by. They even decorated our bridal suite with flower petals and champagne. They’ll be our first call next time we host a big event!

Great experience and basically a brand new hotel after the renovation! Quick and easy check-in. Easy to get to several towns nearby. Great staff and value for the quality of the room. We will definitely stay again when we return tot the area.

Hotel was very clean and modern. Minimal carpeting, which helped it feel clean. Room was large bathroom was large had a large soaking tub and large shower. Staff was very good. Parking was easy. There is covered and uncovered. Parking for free. Suggestions would be to have a dimmer in the bathroom for when you’re soaking in the tub and a hook in the back of the bathroom door to hang our robe or towel. Also, maybe some shelving in the shower for your toiletries. Bed and pillows were super comfortable.

Our son was married in October and we chose the Watershed for the guests. We also had the Rehearsal Dinner at the Siena Restaurant. Everything about the stay was wonderful. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed. Service was excellent. The staff at Siena, specifically the manager Brandon could not have been more helpful. And the food was fantastic. We definitely will be back when we visit the kids in Connecticut.

The hotel is gorgeous! The lobby is welcoming, botanical and the staff is super nice. The lounge area is out of a magazine. It’s cozy and inviting with a luxurious living room feel.|The room was modern and sleek. The bathroom was spacious and relaxing. Had a great stay and will be back next time I’m in the area for sure!

We arranged a room block at the newly renovated Watershed hotel for our daughter and son-in-law’s November 2024 wedding weekend. Everything about the experience for our family and our guests, who occupied 65 rooms in the hotel, was absolutely terrific!||||The hotel sales staff, under the leadership of Emily Ksiazek, was a pleasure to work with on the room block we reserved. When we happily learned that the wedding turnout would be well beyond our expectations, Emily was very supportive and worked with us to increase the room block size on two separate occasions. In addition, Emily and her colleague, Indira Penate, met with us the week before the wedding and gave us helpful information.||||The renovation of the boutique Watershed hotel was completed in May 2024. It is conveniently located right off the Merritt Parkway, a short distance from numerous destinations between Stamford and Fairfield CT, including the location of our wedding events. All of the hotel common areas and the guest rooms were redesigned and updated this year, and the hotel is now absolutely beautiful. The very pleasant lobby lounge, which has comfortable furniture and overlooks the pretty Norwalk River, was a great venue for our guests to mingle throughout the weekend.||||The Watershed’s service is top-notch. The front-end staff is friendly and very service oriented. The team did a great job distributing our “Welcome bags” to our guests for the wedding. We received many positive comments about the enhanced facility and the service. ||||The final event of our wedding weekend was a lovely Sunday brunch at the Siena restaurant, arranged by our son-in-law’s parents who worked with Brandon Wagner, the Events Director. Brandon and his staff were very accommodating. It was great to have a restaurant with such delicious food, excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere located right at the hotel. The brunch was a total winner and the perfect ending to a spectacular weekend.||||In summary, we were very happy with our choice of the Watershed as the hotel for our daughter and son-in-law’s wedding weekend!!
