Booking with The Wedding Plan and Co. was by far one of the best investments we made for our wedding. We had originally booked with them for month-of coordination for a bigger celebration in Hoboken, but due to other circumstances, we needed to cancel that and rethink the event. I explained the situation and Gabbi could not have been more kind, gracious, and understanding Eventually we landed on a smaller celebration in Malibu, and I was overjoyed when Gabbi let me know they’d be able to accommodate and we were able to pick up where we left off! From there, we were connected with Dianna, our INCREDIBLE coordinator. From the first Zoom we had with her, we were instantly enamored. Although my background is in hospitality and events, it was still a daunting task to plan the event from across the country but Dianna completely put us at ease from the very beginning. Her ideas and advice were invaluable, and our check-ins were a highlight of our weeks and we always felt so calm after them. Wedding planning can be so stressful but Dianna truly made it an absolute breeze. With her and her team’s help, our wedding day was absolute perfection. She went above and beyond and not one second of our wedding day did we feel stressed or not taken care of. Dianna is detail oriented, smart, funny, and has the best spirit. We are forever grateful for her and the Wedding Plan + Co. team for crafting the best day of our lives. Now we’re thinking up other events that we can work with Dianna/Wedding Plan & Co on!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Kasey at The Wedding Plan and Company for our September 2024 wedding, and we cannot recommend her enough! We honestly don’t know how we would have gotten through the final month of preparations without her.

Kasey kept us on track with all the important last-minute decisions, seamlessly coordinated with our vendors, and—most importantly—allowed us to truly enjoy our special day. She was incredibly detail-oriented and created a beautiful day-of schedule for everyone in the family, so we never had to worry about informing each and every person of the day’s happenings. Kasey was kind, professional, and incredibly welcoming to both of our families. We are so grateful for everything she did and cannot thank her enough. Honestly, we’d get married again just to work with Kasey—100/10!

From our kickoff meeting to our wedding day, Joy Gomez truly lived up to her name! Every step of the way she made my husband and I feel so at ease because we knew we were in the absolute best hands! She took care of everything, and even if there was a small hiccup we would have never known because we were able to have the most stress-free, fun, and BEAUTIFUL wedding we could have ever imagined! We also have to give special thanks to her assistant Cassie as she was AMAZING and made sure everything was perfect and everyone had the best time on our special day! We booked with The Wedding Plan & Company for the Power Couple service & Month-Of Coordination. After our consultation, we knew we found the perfect planners for us! Our planner, Gabbi, was beyond organized, patient, kind, creative, incredible at her job (and an incredible human), and so fun to work with. She was absolutely perfect for us, a true match made in heaven. There was so much care and thought put into pairing us with her, and we are forever grateful that we got to work with her. After a series of unexpected events, we felt like we needed some more help, so we added on a few a la carte services, like the decor & design package. This was the best decision we could have made because Gabbi was able to understand our vision (better than even we could) and help our vendors execute it FLAWLESSLY. The planning process was so seamless and enjoyable, and Gabbi really took away so much of the stress of wedding planning. We were genuinely so sad when we had our final meeting with her because we just enjoyed being in her presence so much. The day of the wedding went off without a hitch. Gabbi made sure that every element was perfect while providing immense levels of emotional support and attention. She truly deserves an award for wrangling our crazy bridal party, navigating some complicated dynamics, and making sure everything went so perfectly. 5 stars across the board. We will be recommending The Wedding Plan & Company and Gabbi to everyone we know forever!

I cannot recommend Cassie and Kasey from The Wedding Plan and Co. enough! They were absolute lifesavers during the final month leading up to our wedding. From our very first meeting, Cassie was incredibly supportive, helping me to visualize every aspect of the day and plan out the timeline in meticulous detail. She took the reins with vendor communication, allowing me to focus on the more personal elements and, most importantly, to relax and savor the moments leading up to our big day.

On the wedding day itself, Cassie and Kasey truly went above and beyond. They made sure that not only I, but also my husband, our families, and the entire wedding party felt at ease and ready to enjoy every moment. They were an absolute joy to have around — fun, warm, and easy to chat with. In fact, they fit right in with the bridesmaids in the getting ready room, chatting and laughing, while still helping us keep track of time.

Their presence was so reassuring. No matter what popped up, they were quick to jump in and handle whatever challenge came their way. It was clear that their priority was making our day as stress-free as possible, and they succeeded in every way. I can't imagine having made it through the final month or the wedding day without their expert guidance and calm energy. If you're looking for wedding coordinators who are both organized and personable, Cassie and Kasey are your dream team!

I am writing this on my way to our honeymoon after such an amazing wedding weekend - which would’ve not been possible without our incredible planner, Kayla.

I truly mean it when I say there is nothing Kayla could’ve done better for us at our wedding. She not only went above and beyond as a professional (taking care of all crucial details, handling a chaotic staff, executing our plan flawlessly), but she went above and beyond as a person. A wedding is very obviously emotional day. As a type A bride, I was extremely anxious to have everything done perfectly. Kayla handled massive challenges (my dress ripping in half at the altar) with a grace and calm that kept me sane throughout the madness. I kept joking that she was my “security blanket” but it was extremely true - anytime I’d look at her she’d give me a reassuring nod and everything would be ok.

I’d recommend your company to anyone and will continue to say that Kayla is what made our wedding so incredible. She deserves the moon because she gave it to us on our wedding day! All hail queen Kayla!

We used the month of coordination option from The Wedding Plan and Company for our Greenpoint Loft winter wedding - and we did not regret a single penny spent! Our coordinator Joy was truly a pleasure to work with. She was organized, communicative, and experienced - from the first zoom call where we went through our list of 50 logistical questions, to answering last minute questions from vendors, to coming into NYC early on wedding day, I felt 1000% supported. As Joy said, she steps in as the best friend, the mom, the fixer of wardrobe malfunctions, the point person for every vendor, the time keeper, hype lady, voice of reason - literally no role is too small!

Because our venue was a raw space, we had over 9 vendors bringing in items at different times. It became particularly apparent how importing wedding coordinators are on the day of the wedding - so much was going on behind the scenes with vendors coming in and out, small details and personal decor, first look, parents and relatives arriving, friends who came early without warning - and Joy addressed all of these things and shielded us from the stress of herding cats so we could just enjoy the day.

I think my favorite part about Joy and also the philosophy of the Wedding Plan & Company is that they want to be your partner on the day rather than a person hovering over you about timeline. They realize (even when I didn’t) that emotions run high and not everything will go as planned - and they actually make it possible to have flexibility in these moments and not let the unexpected completely derail the day. For example, we realized we would have to adjust the order of our processional due to my dad’s health + mobility constraints. Although this change happened only 1 hour before the ceremony, Joy had no issues at all with this, and allowed me to choose what I thought was best. Walking down the aisle was one of my favorite moments about the wedding, and I so appreciate that I was able to enjoy this moment - this would not have been possible without both Joy’s careful planning and flexibility.

Words cannot describe how grateful we are for Nicole and all that she did to make our wedding day absolutely perfect!! We did the month of planning package and it was the best experience. Jaqueline was available for questions well before the month of, and when we started working with Nicole, it was a dream! She immediately made us feel calm, as she had everything in control. I’m a very “type A” person and initially thought that I wouldn’t need assistance, but I’m so glad that I did. Nicole jumped on phone calls with us, answered any of our questions, and took away a lot of the pre-wedding worries about everything going exactly the way we wanted it to. On the day of, everything went so well, and we have Nicole’s and her assistant’s planning to thank for that. If we did it all again, we would still choose Wedding Plan & Company and Nicole!!
