Ashley with Thompson Travel has been my travel agent for several trips we have taken with the most recently being to Sandals in Jamaica! She has been so awesome to work with and extremely helpful. We are now working on our next trip which will be Turks and Caicos!

Flew to Europe five times and booked through this agency. Questioned why I did not receive my flight miles called and was told it was my responsibility at check-in. Spoke to Delta direct informed this was something Travel agency should have dealt with. I then called the agency back and was assured it would be taken care of. Four months later, I’ve lost the opportunity to retrieve the miles and I’ve never heard back from anyone. My sister booked her own flight paid less and received her miles. I will never use an agency again.

Thompson Travel has been my travel agent for years! We have done family trips and Adults only trips. We have been to Jamaica, Mexico, and most recently the Dominican Republic. Our past 3 trips have not been smooth sailing due to Covid , cancelled flights and bad reviews at the place we originally chose. But Ashley and Pam have always treated us like a top priority! They help us with every detail, big or small. I can’t say enough wonderful things about this company. We HIGHLY recommend using them for all of your travel needs!!!

The experience is always so pleasant with Thompson travel! Every vacation that has been booked with them we have discussed pricing, what we are looking for, the vibes of the resort etc and we have never been steered wrong!
