We worked with Heather and Team for both our wedding and rehearsal dinner and they were absolutely stellar for both. They were great at recommending vendors we needed, has an amazing plethora of decor, and was so joyful to work with. Would definitely recommend! We also used her sister Courtney for florals and they turned out absolutely amazing!

I wanted to give a shoutout to Heather, Christina, Brittney, and Courtney and their team for the best wedding ever!

Heather: She's really creative, helped us set some boundaries in the planning process, any worries we had, she helped us think through and come together a vision for the wedding. Also, I loved how she built a business to be a one-stop shop, and we had so many details we didn't have to stress about because we worked with her team! (rentals, bussing, service, clean up, printing, signs)

Christina: Christina was closer to us, and was our day-of planner and managed our wedding half way through, and she did a fabulous job, making sure all our visions were executed on the day. I never had to stress about details during my wedding weekend, and she made sure of it. I appreciated her taking over communication with vendors as well, and letting us have a peace of mind.

Courtney: I sent Courtney a pinterest board, and Courtney came up with flowers even more beautiful than I had imagined, and I was so happy with the flowers. The guests complimented on them all night, and it really made the wedding feel beautiful. Courtney also managed the rest of the night for us, and she was on top of it making sure everything was getting taken care of. I really could trust both Courtney and Christina with the day.

Brittney: Brittney in one call really organized our wedding day and we were so impressed with her expertise and organizational skills!

I don't know what I would have done without Three Sisters team. They made this experience more fun than stressful. We had a venue where we had to bring everything in, and it wouldn't have been possible without Heather's master mind and her team's incredible support.

We used Three Sisters for our wedding and they were an absolute dream to work with! Heather was so communicative, totally understood our vibe and vision, and went above and beyond for us. Courtney (Among The Wildflowers) did our florals and she met our brief perfectly! The day went so smoothly, the guests loved it and we couldn't have been more impressed by the team. We own an entertainment company called Oh Watta Night Entertainment and we work with many coordinators throughout the year.

We recently got to work 2 events together within a 30 day time period and BOTH went flawlessly because of this company.

We have to say they are the most organized and coordinated and not to mention friendly company we have worked with in a while.

Heather and her team completely had everything on time, communicated clearly, as well as were polite and even fun to work with! The bride and groom were over the moon for their services, and we worked together like we have been doing it for years.

Heather and her team are amazing! Super easy to work with and covered every little tiny detail that would have been missed. I didn’t know where to start after getting engaged, and their team answered every question I had promptly and in detail. They worked very well with my venue Villa and Vine as well as all of our vendors. I found them as a referral from my venue, and after working with them and i now always refer future brides to them!

Highly recommend Heather and her team at Three Sisters Events, we hired them about 15 months-out for our wedding, we were on a budget and chose the State Street Package (6 weeks-out/day-of coordinating) for our spring 2024 wedding at Villa & Vine in Santa Barbara. Even though we went with the day-of coordinating package, Heather was incredibly helpful with fleshing out our vendor team early on, providing recommendations and tips for us as we navigated the overwhelming wedding industry. (All of the vendors she recommended– Bouquet Sound, Pixel Perfection, and Jump on the Schoolbus– were AMAZING!) Heather also hooked us up with decor rentals closer to the wedding, and she attended all of our important planning calls with the venue. Two weeks out from our big day, we were handed off to our day-of coordinator, Kendra. The best way I can put it is Kendra was the perfect coordinator for the type-A bride. Impeccably calm, focused, and detail-oriented, she and I (the bride) were in regular contact about the timeline and other remaining details, and she was immensely helpful in leading our ceremony rehearsal at a secondary location. Other shoutouts among Three Sisters include Hannah, Shyann, and Sierra, our lovely day-of team, as well as Brittany, who helped put together our initial timeline. Also highly recommend working with the third sister, Courtney, from Among the Wildflowers! For me, the flowers were the most mind boggling part of wedding planning. While in the middle all the other chaos of planning a wedding, determining which flowers, the palette, and the budget, felt so over my head. Courtney not only made this part of wedding planning way simpler, but also more economical than the other florists I had browsed. What’s more, our wedding florals were STUNNING!! Absolutely obsessed with my bridal bouquet, which I pressed as soon as I got home, and our sweetheart centerpiece which decorated every corner of our apartment the following week. Thank you, Courtney!!

Heather and her team at Three Sisters are THE BEST. Seriously, hire her, describe to her what you want, and just let her do her thing. Heather will deliver for you and give you the wedding you want.

We had a consult call with Heather early in our planning process and the second we hung up, we knew we found our planner. Heather is a really funny, sincere person who also knows how to present you with the information you need in a concise and direct manner. We were originally looking for a day of coordinator but decided to sign up for her planning service as well and would definitely recommend it. The added planning service was absolutely worth it and the best wedding gift you can give yourselves.

Heather has a great relationship with a ton of different vendors and was able to give us an honest review of which vendors would be better for what we were looking for. Throughout the process, she was extremely attentive to our budget and had really creative ideas on how to save money without cutting our experience. She also was great at showing us where money is better spent. All of our vendors ended up being people she recommended and we did not have a single complaint with any vendor we hired. Heather also did a great job giving us tasks to complete and keeping us on track which really lowered the overall stress level of the wedding planning process.

We wanted to have a Mediterranean/Amalfi coast type theme for our wedding and the pieces Heather found for us were unbelievable. When we walked into our venue for the first time after they had set up, we were blown away by how dead on everything was to our vision. She created the exact atmosphere we wanted. We also hired her sister for florals via her company Among the Wild Flowers. We will do a separate review for them but suffice to say she did an amazing job as well and was an incredible value.

Where Heather truly shined though was the day of. It was like watching a professional athlete step onto the field. Her whole team was locked in from the moment we got to the venue until the night was over. Our respective families do not listen to directions and are each unruly in their own ways and Heather absolutely locked it down. We could not believe how good she was at herding these cats in a really pleasant and subliminal way. Everything on the day of our wedding went perfectly smooth from our vantage point and Heather/her team absolutely crushed it. We loved all the members of her team too. They were all so fun, attentive, and really contributed to making the day truly special. Heather and her team really care about give you the best day possible and they deliver.

I would recommend Heather and her team at Three Sisters to anyone who wants to lower the stress level of your wedding planning and feel confident that you will get the day you imagined.

After picking most of our Vendors and Venue ourselves for our wedding, we realized that coordination was a lot more challenging than we anticipated.

We started looking for a coordinator that will help with final activities and day of coordination. We are so lucky to have found the Three sisters. They offered a 'Month of coordination' package that was more affordable than any other coordinator we had looked at for our needs. They helped make our preparation so much smoother and were also very responsive and met with us at our convenience. They made us feel very relaxed about the whole process.

The last month of preparation would not have been possible without their help. Coordination was smoothly handled with all our vendors and the venue, even providing us with very cheap rental options for last minute items we wanted.

On our special day, we did not have to worry about anything as Kendra who was our day of coordinator took care of everything. Our wedding was smoother than we had anticipated, completely stress free and as a couple we got to just enjoy the day. After the wedding Kendra helped collect all our items and packaged them neatly and stored them for us. We could not have asked for a better team. Thank you.
