We planned a last minute wedding, in only 2 months, and the wedding was in LA (we currently live in the bay). Despite the tight timeline and logistical challenges, Ruchi managed everything seamlessly. She kept us organized, ensured we stayed on track, and consistently provided clear communication about what was needed and what she would handle.

She met with us on a weekly zoom call (during COVID) and also came to our home to meet a couple of times. She handled all communication with the hotel and vendors.

Her planning template was incredibly helpful, offering structure and clarity throughout the process. Ruchi also demonstrated exceptional resourcefulness, leveraging her network of contacts to resolve any issues independently, sparing us unnecessary stress.
