This was an inexpensive overnight as long as you do not have high expectations. The funky dΓ©cor was fun, the managers were very nice, there was a modern flat screen TV, the internet connection was very good, but otherwise, this is an old motel and lacked the niceties. There was ceramic tile flooring which isn’t my favorite in a bedroom. In addition the bottom of my feet were quickly black from all the dirt on the flooring. There was no shampoo, hand towels, tissues, or luggage rack. Our unit had a full kitchen, but not a single dish, utensil, or even a paper towel. A coffee maker would have really been nice since there was no breakfast or coffee available. Next time I would choose to pay a little more for these amenities.

I spent one week at the Tiki earlier this year. The family that manages this hotel immediately made me feel safe and comfortable. They were friendly and very accomodating. For a woman traveling alone security is a priority and I can tell you that I felt very safe, not only in the motel but walking the area both at night and in the mornings. Supermarket, banks, restaurants and even the beach are at walking distance (I am a jogger so having a nice area to excersice is also priority). The decor is funky and the bathrooms are "vintage" but my room was cleaned every day. I would recommend this motel to families and single people traveling alone that are looking for a nice, clean and safe place to stay.

Very nice, clean, cozy and an eclectic feel. Spent most of the evening searching for a room for my dad that wasn't ghetto and dirty. The lady checking him in was nice and funny. Am happy and relieved to find this place. Room in the shower to move, has microwave and fridge. Large tv to watch Superbowl. Environment is good. Exceeded expectations. Would give a 5 star but I rarely trust 1 or 5 star reviews.

I stayed there for a week. The Staff and the manager were really nice and welcoming. The room were really clean and I loved the decorations in the room which was very unique. Everything around the motel was peaceful and clean. I enjoyed staying there and I recommend this motel to everyone who are looking for a cheap, clean and peaceful stay. Also, the location of the motel is near everything (beach, restaurant, downtown,etc...)

Went here about a year ago, had a nice stay. Next week I'm going back because I think it'd make a nice vacation. Neighborhood is quiet, clean rooms, hospitality shown by staff. 1 bedroom is around $70 (plus tax). For 2 bedrooms it's around 80 (plus tax). All in all, pretty good place to crash in my opinion. πŸ‘

I liked this place. The rooms are all differently decorated and clean. Nice Frig with separate freezer is handy. Got pizza, beer store and DD coffee within walking distance. Staff is friendly and helpful too. Got more work down there and I'll stay again if they will have me!!

Called several motels in the Boynton/Lake Worth area in mid July 2020 and was quoted a very reasonable weekly rate here for my friend and myself. ($400 weekly plus a refundable $40 cash deposit) First room had a very outdated A/C unit with a musty smell that clogged our noses. Dead roach also found in bathroom. In order to temporarily subdue the situation, opened the small window directly above the unit. Cleaning lady comes in, does not speak a word of English and has a conniption that the tiny screened window was open with the A/C on so I apologized and closed the window. Everything was a huge imposition to her, including simply grabbing a comforter for our bed after requesting one as rooms are so small and confined that it easily gets cold in them, yet you need to beg for a comforter. Switched rooms the following day to the non smoking section at noontime due to the dust in A/C unit vents and inability to breathe in the first room. 5 minutes after we put our stuff in the new room, we noticed that the bathroom floor was completely saturated with water, with water on the verge of coming out of the bathroom itself to destroy our personal items. We figured it must be some kind of toilet leak in that particular room. I started to grab all our items that had the potential for water damage and relocate them to other side of room while my friend threw down the only 2 towels they supply on the bathroom floor to at least soak up some of the water..the only logical thing to do, right? immediately flagged down the owners and told them of the dire situation and inquired if it was just that room or if all the rooms were experiencing a leak. Rudely got told that all the rooms had the same problem and that we were welcome to check out and into a different hotel with a partial refund if we wished to do so. Same housekeeper with attitude as mentioned before comes in and has yet another conniption that we put the two towels on the floor to subdue this huge leak. "For body only, not for floor!", she screamed at us twice. It was such an inconvenience for her to simply give us two new towels. The next morning after showering, came to the realization that both towels she gave us were absolutely filthy and had stuck on bits and pieces of something..God only knows what. I was forced to use the less dirty of the two towels (it was a toss-up) to dry myself after showering. After getting fully dressed, I folded up the towels and just happened to see this ever-so-pleasant cleaning lady walk by the room so I flagged her down just wanting to EXCHANGE the dirty towels for 2 clean towels. She got loud with me and insisted that it wasn't her job to give anybody "extra" towels. Both of the owners come out of left field immediately after and tell me that they will refund my card (Yet charged me $160 for 2 nights instead of the agreed upon $114) and insisted for us to go elsewhere. I think some of this may have been a language barrier since none of them speak English fluently, but 90% on bad business, poor attitude, and unprofessionalism at its finest. STAY AWAY FROM HERE. Would give it 0 stars if possible.
