I had the best time with this company!!! They were so awesome from the beginning to the end. I had about 22 people for a sunset ride and it was amazing! The food and staff was so nice. Would definitely do it again!!

I cannot tell you how disappointed I am. Booked a private charter for a company outing. Thousands of dollars for Costco chicken tenders and cold prefrozen, spring rolls just to go around and around in the harbor in a boat that leaked in the rain, when my understanding was that we would be cruising up and down the coast. $600 for a couple of dozen frozen meatballs? $$$$$$ for a bar that was beyond basic (and i had upgraded the bar package). I have planned events throughout the country and never have I been so disappointed. The only good part was the staff and that's just because they did their job. I'm sorry but you can't charge thousands of dollars and provide frozen mini corn dogs as arrival appetizers. Did i mention that we had to provide our own music, via bluetooth that cut out when someone walked in front of it? It's just sad and disappointing. I do not recommend.

Tiki Mermaid was a blast! We took a booze cruise at the Marina as a company excursion and I had a lot of fun. The boat itself was huge. It even had a dance area. The crew was very nice and helpful. The bartender was great as well. My favorite part was the views! Spectacular sunset. I had so much fun, I want to do it again!

I attended a party this weekend! & I have to say it was a great experience. The boat was clean & comfortable, the staff & ambiance was great. Thank you for the hospitability Victor! He made sure to make us all feel welcomed & ensured all our needs were met.!

Long live the Tiki Mermaid! Our friends ride the Tiki every year for a special birthday and it is by far the best day of summer. The boat is lovely, the staff are even more lovely. The Marina route is so beautiful. Lots of fun always.

My friends and I have been using Tiki for the last 6 years and it never disappoints. Staff is always so great and accommodating, the Tiki Mermaid and Tiki Too are both phenomenal boats, and it’s always a blast. Couldn’t recommend this company more.

Tiki mermaid is my favorite thing in LA. the crew, the staff the music, everything. it’s do much fun, we do this every year for my birthday and they’re always so accommodating. highly recommend!!
