We've had no trouble here.
However there are 11 of us selling out due to doubled lot rent within 2 yrs.
There's nothing in this park worth 650.00 a month. Except a shower, nice showers.
We just flat out cannot afford it. ?
We're only up here maybe 4 mos. Out of the year total.
So sad.

Maintenance sucks. Washer has been broken for 2 months. Maintenance doesn't clear snow off when needed in 55+. Raised rent by 50% in Jan. Of 2024.This place sucks!

Nice trailer park, good neighbors. We stayed here in space #28 for a month and 10 days while we were waiting to move into the house we just bought elsewhere. Their clubhouse wasn't up and running yet so they allowed us to use their senior citizen clubhouse to take showers and do laundry. Now we are a big family, my husband and I and our 5 daughters ages 10, 8, 6, 1 and 4 months. We tried to take our showers late at night as to not disturb the 55+ community. A few times we had things planned so it didnt always work out like that and had to take showers earlier in the day. Our children are very respectful and well behaved. The older people would always give us dirty looks from their porches and the house directly across the street from the showers would stare at us the entire time walking to and from our vehicle. One day while one of the timberline employees were emptying the coins in the laundry room, the 60 to 70 yr old woman went over to her and complained that we would take showers almost every day and do laundry a few times a week. Umm we were paying for it. The rules state to wipe down the bathrooms after use and we would but on that day our little one yr old ran back into the bathroom after being outside and left a few tiny footprints on the bathroom floor. We were pulled into the office with a complaint of destroying the bathroom and leaving a muddy disaster. They made me go up there and fully clean the restrooms if I wanted to be able to stay in their park. Also we let the 3 older kids pitch a tent on our yard, when you rent there you get a whole lot that's the nice part. Well after a month of the kids using this tent, they pulled us in the office and told us we couldn't have a tent in our yard even though others had tents, sheds, pull trailers you name it. We only had 10 days left so we took it down. We were telling our neighbor about it and he went to the office asking them why we couldn't have it. They point blank told him if we had put up a fight they would have let us keep it. So the manager Jesus just harasses people just to see what he can get away with. So if you stay here be sure to put up a fight. Also for electrical hook ups you have to call aps and set up an account in your name. Overall it's a nice neighborhood but management needs work and once they get the main clubhouse up and running you won't have to deal with older residents.

This has been an area I've grown up in, my family has had homes here for over 20 years. Been 10 years since I've been home still as beautiful as before. Only complaint is the travel trailers coming and going... sometimes you have to do what you have to do. Sometimes you should respect all those apart of a community first.

after 5 weeks of living here. Then for me the shed on the back of my property is not for me to use and then I have to get all my stuff out within a half an hour. everybody has a shed on the back of their property. Said I could put my own there but they will not remove that one. Absolutely ridiculous

One star is too good for this park. In August 2019 my gas was turned off because of a under underground gas leak they own the land I only pay rent to be able to have my trailer here. I was forced to live with no gas for the furnace or oven.this was a really cold winter this year I got put into the hospital 2 times
I have no family to go to and they expected me to get it fixed...... I live on ssd and the cost was 2700.00 to 370000 to fix it would you let your 62 yr old mother or grandmother live without heat we also have gotten 4 notices of contaminated water..thank you meals on wheels for your daily concerns

Management needs To contact the trash company To move the dumpsters over out of the road.
The park itself is fairly Maintained and the rents are fair..

I had never been in this park but was pleasantly surprised at how nice the lots were, so many pine trees. It looks like such a peaceful place to live. It is also in a great location.
