5 Stars – Amazing Experience with TLC Event Coordination!

We couldn’t be happier with the partial planning package from TLC Event Coordination. Working with Kirin and her assistant Lizette was a wonderful experience from start to finish. They were incredibly helpful and supportive in the months leading up to our wedding, ensuring everything went as smoothly as possible.

Kirin and Lizette were prompt and professional, even arriving early for our rehearsal dinner. While a bit more direction at the rehearsal would have been helpful, their expertise and organization throughout the entire process shined through. Kirin went above and beyond, even surprising us with a thoughtful gift halfway through our planning journey—such a special and unexpected touch that really showed her dedication.

One of the biggest standouts was on the wedding day itself. When an accidental blood stain ended up on my dress, Kirin immediately jumped in and handled it seamlessly, saving us from a major stress moment. Both Kirin and Lizette stayed
until the very end, helping pack everything up and addressing any last-minute issues that arose with calm and care.

We wholeheartedly recommend TLC Event Coordination for any couple looking for reliable, compassionate, and professional support. They truly went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything we dreamed of!

Wow, it’s no surprise Kirin and the TLC team have so many 5-star reviews! They were an absolute joy to work with and helped us bring our dream wedding to life at Reinstein Ranch this past September. Before the big day, we had two meetings with Kirin. The first was to go over the incredibly helpful planning materials TLC provided, where we shared our ideas for food and décor. Kirin not only listened but gave us excellent vendor recommendations. Every time I reached out after that, she was quick to respond with thoughtful advice, which I deeply appreciated.

The second meeting was for final details, and Kirin went above and beyond, staying an extra 30 minutes to make sure everything was just right. She even handled an unexpected fire drill with ease, truly going to bat for her brides. Little did we know, that wouldn't be the last "fire" she'd put out for us!

As a DIY bride, some of my décor didn’t quite go as planned due to the wind. Kirin and her team were quick to jump in and fix everything, making it look beautiful. The biggest mishap of the day was our 8-foot floral arch snapping in half. Instead of apologizing and moving on, the TLC team cut the floral noodles off and attached them to a wooden arch provided by the venue, all while I continued to live my stress free life of getting pampered. She kept me updated which I also appreciated so that there were no surprises.

On top of that, Kirin's team ensured everything ran smoothly—from paying vendors and sticking to the timeline to keeping us fed, hydrated, and stress-free. They even made sure no one got too rowdy and cleaned everything up so we could simply enjoy our day. All we had to do was return the next morning to pick up our décor.

My only regret is that I only get one wedding! But for any event—whether it’s a wedding, corporate gathering, or anniversary—I highly recommend TLC. They are the best of the best!

Another good decision was getting in contact with Kirin White of TLC Event Design & Coordination. Immediately we felt that it was the right choice. TLC is the absolute best!!! Kirin and her team planned our beautiful wedding for 100 guests in three (!) months. Despite the short timeline and the fact that we were 3,000 miles away and could only meet over Zoom, Kirin made the whole experience easy and stress free.

We opted for the full journey package and showed a few inspo photos to Kirin. From there, she went to town, recommending vendors who 1) are so talented, we’ve already gotten guest requests for referrals, 2) are obsessed with Kirin because of how organized and thoughtful she is, and 3) kept us on, or under budget. She was patient with us and respected our busy work schedules throughout the planning process. We had a miscommunication about a chuppah, just days before the wedding, and Kirin found us a new one within 12 hours, without breaking our budget. I know her title is officially wedding planner, but I think she might also be Wonder Woman.

On the day of our wedding, we were so relaxed and able to enjoy what was a truly spectacular day. The wedding looked stunning, felt very “us,” and most importantly, was such an incredibly joyful experience. Hearing our friends and family say the same only underscored Kirin and her team’s hard work. We could not have pulled off such a beautiful, heartfelt wedding without her. Thank you so much, Kirin!

Kirin was our planner for our wedding this past October 2024 in Sunol, and we could not have been in better hands. The reviews are all true, brides and grooms: TLC is the one!

I’m generally a Type A person, so imagine that multiplied by 100 as a bride. That said, I knew that my brain could only withstand so much stress leading up to our wedding. We needed someone I could trust to be organized, and thoughtful; someone who I’d WANT to give the reins to. Kirin was all of that, and so much more, for us.

We hired TLC for their Event Management (month-of) package, but Kirin was so wonderful about being there for us intermittently months before to share advice about some odds and ends as we were gathering all our vendors and details. Once it was time to fully transition comms over her way, Kirin made the process so seamless and made sure our day was nothing short of amazing.

She was so wonderful about providing us with the resources (timelines, guest templates, questions to ask specific vendors, etc.) to help us throughout planning. She was also incredibly mindful about our budget, and always looked out for our best interest when it came to final decisions.

Overall, I would highly recommend Kirin and the TLC team for couples who are looking to be taken care of. We felt like we were in great hands, and are so happy TLC will forever be a part of our story!

I was the photographer for the Weaver wedding that Kirin and her team helped plan and execute. They made sure the day ran absolutely perfectly but went above and beyond by making sure each vendor (including me and my assistant, Leah Dawson) had exactly what they needed at all times! The whole team was made up of the sweetest and hard working people I've ever seen at a wedding! Kirin is so passionate about her job and that shines through in everything that she does! My husband and I hired TLC Event Design & Coordination to be our month-of wedding coordinator and we’re so glad we did! Kirin reached out to me early on to give me information and helpful Google docs and sheets about general wedding planning items. When it was closer to our wedding date, we were matched with Lisette, our coordinator. Lisette was always super quick to respond to my emails and gave me even more helpful information for our wedding. Kirin helped us through our ceremony rehearsal, and one of our family members even noted how on top of everything she was. Lisette was with us during our entire wedding and was so sweet with checking in on me and getting me water during our very warm outdoor wedding. I felt at ease knowing I had Lisette and Kirin helping me throughout the last months of wedding planning and knew they would take care of things the day of. Kirin at TLC saved our wedding! From the get-go, Kirin was interested in making our dream wedding come to life. Before the wedding, we had meetings with her to plan how the day would go, decor and designs, she answered all of our questions, and she gave advice on details and vendors. She is so detailed oriented and organized with everything! Two months out from our wedding, our original venue unexpectedly had to cancel on us. In a panic, we called Kirin and she already had an option A, B, and C ready to report to us as new venues. She completely calmed us down. She reached out to all her amazing connections and found us a beautiful new venue that still fit our original dream design and feel. She seamlessly adjusted to and updated all our vendors on this change. A month out, she helped to coordinate all vendor contact questions so my fiancee and I could relax.
