If I could give this agency 0 I would I brought the ticket a year ago I put the ticket in reserves every couple of months and I called them now that I wanna use my ticket they told me I can’t use it because they lost it and they won’t give me a refund so I have to put a dispute with my credit card company please do not travel through this agency horrible agency horrible horrible people don’t know what the they’re doing be transparent with your customers if they can’t reserve the ticket for a year until your issues are resolved just tell them instead of telling them they have the tickets still for travel

I book a flight. For my family wife and daughter and a switch my flight and the person sold two business times and put my daughter in economy wen I call to trie to fix the mistake lady was rude berry unprofessional she just hung the phone up on me and say that she will never help it’s in the Brent wood office 02/26/2020 5pm I hope she gets fire for ripping people off am out 1800 and and I purchased and order ticket some else thanks to her am my flights whith Avianca never more
