We are currently staying at an RV park in Tucson and heard both positive and negative things about Tombstone. We like to make our own decisions and decided to check it out for ourselves.

We went on a Tuesday and it was not very busy. We walked around and got a sense of the area - if you like both Western and history this is a cool place to check out.

We went on the stage coach tour (family of 4) and had the coach to ourselves. The ride was about 25 minutes and it took you around some if the historical streets. The driver was very knowledgeable and the speaker inside the coach was very clear! We even got to take our dog.

We then decided to take in the “Famous shoot out” show and they did a great job. Not only did you learn some of the history but the actors did a great job in their roles and were very funny - especially Frank.

There are lots of places to show and eat and very touristy but still a great place to go if you have never been. They appear to be very dog friendly with lots of water bowls around but not all places allow your dog inside so keep that in mind.

Had a really great time in Tombstone! I am all about History, so everything there was intriguing! I love that the Town had preserved it’s History. I travelled with my Mastiff and stayed at Katie’s Cabins for 2 nights. Had my meals at Big Nose Katie’s restaurant. Spot is fun with live music. You won’t feel like you are alone, place is such warm and welcoming. Town is very welcoming and very friendly! Loved the vibe there. Would definitely visit again!

This was a fun spot to explore. Everything started to really get going at around 12pm. We missed the gun fight I. The Ok Coral but did catch the comedy in the small theme town. It was cute with a little history interwoven. The stagecoach ride was fun, I had always wanted to experience that. The guide was hard to understand and it went to fast to actually get pictures of what he was talking about. If you love the Earp story or Tombstone movie it is work the trip. I would definitely stop at Bird Cage Theater as it is the only original building still standing and has a great museum with intriguing artifacts.

I Love to visit Tombstone Arizona when they have Helldorado days. They celebrate Wyatt Earp and Doc Holiday with a weekend festival during the year also plus the night time ghost tours. You can visit the old cemetery, take a stagecoach ride and get a history lesson about the area, visit the bird cage saloon and watch the shootouts in the street. Just a fun fun fun place to visit.

This was an experience I didn't know I was going to love. I took a trolley and took a tour of town, there was gunfighter museum, a live shootout. I felt like I traveled back in time. A truly wonderful time.

Took some time to visit #tombstone yesterday thinking it would be a really cool history lesson. *WRONG*
Take away all the souvenir shops, a couple of restaurants and bars and what’s left is but a few people walking around in costume promoting the OK Corral gunfight re-enactment which they charge $10+ to watch. No thanks!
