The lady who works there is a pathological lier, we buy a ticket for one day and she sells it to us, we show up to the bus and she says the ticket is for another day, she lies that we agreed to this other random day. Then we tell here this is bad customer service and she tells her boss we cussed out the company, once again lying. From the ratings online I see why they have a average of 2 stars now. Speak with you wallets people that will show them.

Quiero compartirles mi experiencia con esta línea de autobuses. Estoy muy decepcionada, realmente yo esperaba un buen servicio pero desde el primer momento no fueron honestos. Yo compré 2 boletos a un mismo destino de los cuales un familiar se subiría en otro lado. Y me dijeron que a el le darían su boleto allí, a lo cual no fue verdad nunca le dieron un boleto. El trayecto hasta la frontera todo parecía más o menos normal con unas horas de retraso por el tráfico. Pero ya cuando cambiaron de chófer son unos groseros y "estafadores" nos pidieron dinero para no pasar a revisión diciendo que sería más rápido, a lo que después nos dijeron que siempre sí nos teníamos que bajar para pasar a revisión pero bien que se quedaron con el dinero que nos pidieron! Les dije que no se valía que hicieran eso, pero muy altaneros dijeron que no dijera nada y que avanzará y otras cosas que me dijeron que es mejor no recordar. Si quieren tener mejor servicio usen otras líneas HONESTAMENTE TORRES TOURS NO LA RECOMIENDO. Yo he usado otras lineas por mucho tiempo y han sido amables y con excelente servicio, pero quise probar esta línea qué me dejo muy mala experiencia.
