I created a kookie design online and it looked great. Submitted, and font was totally different on the name of the celebrants. They did send a proof to be fair (which I ok'd and missed) but no effort was made to make this right at all. they are the professionals who should have a process to catch/prevent a font issue. Not even a "sorry". It's a real shame. I would go somewhere else for sure.

Warning to anyone doing a custom order for a wedding and is crunched for time! I was left in tears two weeks before my wedding with none of my wedding favors. This has been the worst company I have ever done business with. The website wasn’t working correctly and all communication took a week or two to confirm and deny the appropriate images via email. The customer service reps over the phone were very unprofessional and hung up on me mid sentence when I was expressing a concern. I had the wrong image printed on my custom order after jumping through hoops to approve the correct image. I waited for my item to arrive and had to wait even longer to hear back from the warranty department. All they did was offer me a discount to keep the incorrect items. They Did NOT try and replace or correct the order and instead made false accusation and played the victim . Made me feel as though I was at fault.

Totally wedding koozies has been the worst company to work with in regards to anything wedding related. Every time I talk to someone they’re rude and unhelpful. I ordered koozies in two different colors for my wedding September 18th. Ordered them around august 16th. I received them today and they’re not the right color at all. Highly disappointed.

Totally Wedding Koozies is the WORST company I've ever dealt with from a customer service perspective. Rude. Not helpful. Not communicative. Can't talk to anybody but a lady who talks like a puppy dog and is as helpful as a map that's a blank piece of paper. If I could give ZERO stars, I would have. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I wish there was a minus so that I could give this company a negative rating! This has been the worst experience of my life. Horrible customer service. Rude!! Tried to fix an order within a couple hours and they said to cancel was a cost of $40!! No way were they in production yet. PLEASE I WARN YOU TO AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!! This company is a scam!!
