We did our South America tour this last Nov’24 and it was really wonderful experience with tours limited. I dealt with Anupriya on most of the tour detailed questions and she was really helpful and pleasant to deal with 👏 and Payment with Kim was smooth. Most important our Tour Manager Nisha put one extra mile to make our trip memorable for us. All the locations, hotels, buses and Vans were luxury. All guides during entire trip were very knowledgeable and peasant which made our day beautiful and memorable. Overall we were very happy and satisfied with Tours limited Duluth staff for making our trip pleasant and memorable! Thank you guys . And ….forgot to mention the Indian meals were delicious everywhere , which was cherry on the cake for us 😍 please add on day1&2 lunch also ..

Tours limited arranged us a trip to Greece and it was absolutely amazing. Tours Limited carefully created a package consisting of both land and island visits. We went on a 10-day trip covering Athens, Olympia, Delphi, Kalambaka, Mykonos, and Santorini. The hotels were great, and the trip was well planned. At every place we had a guide waiting for us in the arrival area, and took care of us to make sure the trip was smooth. We had enough time to visit places and had our own free time too.
Overall, Tours Limited did a great job in planning the trip and I would definitely recommend this company for any package trips

Hello! I just got back from an 8 days/7 nights trip to Japan organized by Tours Limited for myself and a friend (2 people). I had an incredible time, even better than I could have hoped for! I have used other travel agencies before, and will never use a different one again: Tours Limited is incredible. They custom-built a tour for my friend and I with everything we wanted and within our stated budget. They went the extra mile, checking in with us during the trip once it started (long after the planning process) and providing us with everything we needed for a successful trip with zero hassle or stress.

The tour guides are friendly, on time! As per their site, "best hotels, best services", they really mean it, they book J.W, Hilton and Sheraton hotels for the fellow passengers, also a great A/C busses with WiFi and on-board entertainment (TV), along with a great bus drivers. The tour guides also describe the places as we pass or stop by, they also understand our needs like food and drink.

We opted for the East Coast to West Coast USA tour (18 to 30 April 2024). Nisha Amin was our tour guide for the East Coast. Nisha really went the extra mile to make our experience a memorable one. She was knowledgeable and informative of the places that we visited and was very patient with our group. We really miss her and wish her all the best in her future travels.

recently we took tour of east and west coast tour of usa ( starting 19 th oct 23) with this company. west coast tour was memorable and pleasant. our coordinating person sugandha and driver cum guide pasqule went out of the way in making all arrangements very nicely. however east coast tour went throu trouble right from day one at new york primarily due to attitudnal issues of the east coast guide who was behaving as a dictator teacher of the group. she picked up fight with most of the group. also at the last minute, in place of comitted hotel sherton( at niagra falls), lower grade " holiday inn" was provided without any explanation. company has also not refunded tariff difference ( which is quite big amount for two nights). so pl be ready for such unpleasant surprises by the company. the breakfast and dinners provided were of basic and average quality. coaches were of good quality. overall not a good experiance. tours limited must replace of this guide, we have travelled a lot of countries through group tours but never came across such guide.

My husband and I used Tours Limited for a recent trip to the UK and I must say the experience with this company was flawless. I have dealt with several travel agencies in the past as we generally travel a lot, but we haven’t come across this kind of personalized service so far. As this was our first visit to Europe, it was a bit overwhelming as we were wanting to cover the whole place in just two weeks. Tours Limited helped us sketch an itenary keeping our interests in mind; at some point we did start feeling that Tours Limited works exclusively for us as that was the level of service we received. We now have peace of mind that our future travels are in safe hands without doing much as Tours Limited is just a phone call away. We cannot thank them enough for this memorable trip.

We went to West Coast with Tours limited(however we were thro sub agents), it was fantastic experience with guide Sungadha and bus driver( captain) paschual...so now we look forward to go south America directly with Tours Limited...let's see
