Great property. Staff were all lovely, property was very clean and decorated nicely. Breakfast was good - it’s open from 6-9 weekdays and 7-10 on the weekends. We are driving through from LA to Vegas after attending a concert and it made a great stop for the night getting in after midnight.

We stopped here on the way from the coast of California on our way to Vegas. This is a newer hotel that has lots of good amenities.||The room was very nice, comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was nice, modern, clean and had amenities. The staff at the front desk was nice and friendly.||The breakfast was just OK and I would’ve preferred to have a selection of different fruits like cantaloupe, watermelon, melons, etc. There was a waffle maker, bacon, eggs, several different types of coffees, as well as several different types of bread.||There is also a large bar area with food served in the afternoon. Outside there is a pool and large sitting area with a large fire pit.||It’s a great place to stay while traveling through the Barstow area.

This was a fantastic place to stay on our way to Joshua Tree. Suite was new/clean and had everything we needed, including a laundry center. The only issue I had was the idiots above us stomping back and forth until 5am.

Staff was very friendly and efficient, and the complimentary breakfast was one of the better ones I've had.

Location was great, with lots of restaurants, fuel stops, and outlet malls nearby. We will definitely stay here the next time we're in the area.

Towneplace would have earned a "5" had it not been for a couple of serious concerns. Yes, the Suites is new, clean, OK location, with outstanding staff. But: (1) there was something wrong with the air conditioning unit in our room. When it was on, it made a variety of very loud and mysterious noises. We had to turn it off in order to sleep, then had to deal with the room getting hot and stuffy as the night wore on. Worse: (2) one of the big, flat panel TVs downstairs, in the lounge/bar area, was tuned to Newsmax, a notoriously extreme right cable channel, well to the right of even Fox, spewing lies and conspiracy theories. Why subject your customers to hate speech when they are just trying to get a cold beer at Happy Hour after a long day on the road?

Great location for a stop en route to Las Vegas. The hotel is clean and the rooms are not huge but spacious enough. Included breakfast was rich with enough seating space. The service we experienced was exceptional. Brianna from the front desk took her time to consult and show us the rooms eventough it was hectic at the reception. This really made us feel welcomed.

New. Reception addressed my platinum status. The Hilton people don't care if I was a gold member ?. Very clean breakfast area, bar available till 10 PM. Outdoor pool and hot tub is nice. Too bad I was too tired to enjoy last night.

Bed is comfy. Room is clean and nice. Love the kitchen but didn't use it.

My room resembled a Studio Apartment, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was fantastic and the bar was fabulous. KUDOS to Mandy for accommodating me with a great room on my road trip to Los Angeles. I even caught an amazing sunset.

We got “upgraded” to a 1 bedroom suite for our family of 4 thanks to Marriott gold. It was totally not set up. Not enough pillows (none provided at all for sofa bed). Not enough towels. Sofa bed looks fancy but hard as a rock and no mattress topper. We had to put on the sheets ourselves.
There is no table or chairs provided in the suite so we had to sit on beds to eat dinner together.
Oven and cooktop didn’t work (they warned us of this).
It really felt like this room was just not ready for guests.
At 9 pm only one person at front desk so we had to get all the missing stuff ourselves and carry it up.

Really felt like amateur hour.
