Nice hotel. Maybe 5 years old or so. Nice clean and modern rooms, reason for a 4!star is breakfast is almost non existent. Very poor offerings.

We have family in the area, so have stayed here a number of times. For Mid-Ohio race weekends, as well. Standard TownePlace. Nothing fancy. However, two things have always stood out. First, the front desk folks have always been incredibly friendly. Consistently, year after year. Second, it’s really well maintained and clean. The spaces we’ve seen show very little wear & tear. It’s why we keep coming back. Area is pretty blah. Busy commercial area, poor chain food options.

I lived in this hotel for 4 months last year and as a 10+ year Ambassador for Marriott I can say this property had lots of potential but had some opportunities when it came to the front end and lobby area staff. That being said I have returned for a few months this year and was pleasantly surprised with some of the staffing changes. Rachel has truly transformed the breakfast and bar area during her time there. She is very thoughtful of the needs of the guests and extremely personable. She remembers your name, your drink, and pays attention to her guests both inside and out. Truly a great addition to my top choice of hotels and I would recommend a long term progression plan for her in the near future.

I’ll be honest - when I drove down a street that said “No Outlet”, my expectations weren’t all that high. Checked in with a wonderfully pleasant person and found a nice, clean room and was pleasantly surprised. I came down to the lobby to work a bit - great surroundings and space, then a lady rolled out a portable bar and that’s where things really took a turn. I thought this would be ok at best, but wow. Rachel ran the bar and literally made one of the best espresso martinis I have ever had. As good as the martini was, it stood in the shadow of Rachel’s amazing personality and friendliness. She was awesome and that’s an understatement - her pour and personality are both tough to beat. While the hotel is worthy on its own, I will stay at this hotel because of how awesome the experience is when Rachel rolls out the bar cart.

I travel frequently and have never had an issue. I checked out of this hotel and left the TVs unplugged. I was charged $250.00 for "damages" and was sent pictures of multiple wires pulled out of all the televisions as well as an electronic box on a table- stating that I had done this, which is a flat out lie and complete fabrication. The manager, Angela Franklin, and the district manager Corey were passive and unhelpful. You are safer staying elsewhere. When looking to see if others had similar situations at this hotel, there are numerous google reviews sharing similar occurrences! Be ware! You stay at your own risk.

The good:Amanda at the front desk was awesome! She went above and beyond to try to improve the quality of our stay by doing a job that was not hers to do.

The bad: There was dried poop down the front of the toilet and the inside bowl wasn’t clean. The tub was clogged and wouldn’t drain.
I went to the front desk as soon as I discovered the poop which was also when I discovered the clogged tub drain. I spoke with the older man there and he said he would have housekeeping go in and clean the bathroom. We then left for the day.
When we returned our bed was made, but ZERO effort in the bathroom was made. They also left the bath mat and wash clothes on our bed.
This is where Amanda went above and beyond. I went back to the front desk and spoke with her and she came to our room herself and cleaned the toilet and cleared the drain in the tub.
I don’t know that I would go back to this specific hotel. If they had taken care of our concerns when first reported then I probably would but given they only made our bed (oh and touched my things by turning off my white noise machine) and didn’t clean the disgusting bathroom I cannot recommend this hotel.

Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in. The feather pillows flatten immediately. Breakfast is terrible. The bed vibrates if someone next door is walking around. The toilet is stained in brown stuff and doesn’t even flush right. It’s a clean hotel but that’s about it!

An absolutely wonderful hotel. Great hospitality. Clean rooms. Very friendly staff. Perfect location. Amazingly delicious breakfast. Highly recommend.
