I wouldn't hesitate to entrust your equipment with this crew. Jeff the store manager, is easy to talk to and will dedicate his time to listening to you and coming up with a solution. Fantastic customer service with attention to detail. Willing to go the extra mile and am very satisfied with my most recent visit. God Bless

Reasonable price, very nice guys that work here. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because we arrived at 1:45pm they had us pull in about an hour later at 2:45pm. (We were having a pm done, probes checked and a belt replaced on our generator.) They told us it would be a couple hours...well it is now almost 9:15pm and we are just barely leaving. So it's kind of a catch 22, great employees, decent prices but you get to spend all day with them. 😊

Way to expensive and gave them a call before arrive them and after the repair in 30 min they charge me 2 hour min. Fee plus call out fee 170 but I came at they shop and they told me over phone someone is always here So why call out fee And they never told over phone they charge 2 hour min after repair they told this . Never reccommended . When try to talk to them they are like you can leave trailer here and talk to boss in the morning . Came in at 5:45 repair done at they started around 6:30 finished at 7pm

Very pleasant experience here. They were able to get me in to fix a squeaking belt on my 10 year old tripac on the same day. They started work at the exact time they projected earlier in the day. Diagnosis and repair was quick, accurate, and fairly priced. The guy who worked in it was younger-usually a red flag-but he knew his product and how to service it. 5/5.

First off I want to say thanks to Mike for getting me worked in. The dude is very professional and polite. He didn't have to get me in but tried to help. I would recommend this place to all. We were so fortunate to have Mike in the service department help us. We needed our APU precooler and alternator replaced. They were able to work us in quickly. I can’t say that would be able to do that for everyone, but very accommodating! Highly recommend.

I called last night to check if they can help me with my Reefer. Reefer need little more of 404A. and she told me come at the morning.
I come at 6:35AM , then they open at 7::00AM.
The guy with big beard (sorry I didn’t look his name) told to move truck to the yard. I explained him what is the problem. Hi called some lady and she refused service with explaining that they are booked for a week.
I told her that I’m from AZ not from Richmond,OH and I need just add 12-16 oz of 404A.
So on the end NO SERVIS PROVED..No help at all.
I come to this location because I read all good reviews, but get totally different experience.
Totally disappointed.
