My parents and I have been going back to Cuba to visit family every 4 to 5 years, for the past 15 years; I have used Agencia Via Cuba for every trip and NEVER had any problems or conflicts at all. All trips have been very smooth and all papers required in Miami and Cuba are always ready in the package they provide. I used another agency once before I found "Via Cuba" and it was a disaster, so I have experience the bad!! In my opinion, they are the best at what they do, very knowledgeable, friendly and you can go or call at any time and those two wonderful girls are always happy to help you. I thank you "girls" so much for making my trips so smooth and stress-free. I heartily recommend this agency to anyone that wants to travel to Cuba.

We went to Via Cuba to purchase a plane ticket for my mother-in-laws visit. The ticket was purchased we told them how long the visit was for (3 months). They claimed that the company with which they purchased the plane ticket was going out of business or was going to stop flights to Cuba. So we had to purchase the ticket then change the date.

Bottom line we ended up paying about $500 additional dollars on top of the $800 for the ticket. I think they took advantage of the fact that dealing with Cuba flights can be difficult and took our money.

Will never go to them again.
