Worked with Hilary on a trip and one of the most frustrating things was lack of response. No return phone calls and no responses to emails. Living out of state made it impossible to interact with her since she wouldn’t respond. I called a different office to try and get someone to help and was told only Hilary could see my information. Why would all agents not be able to assist?

She overall lacked attention to detail on so many aspects. For example , she requested items multiple times and still got the information wrong. I will definitely plan my own trip the next time!

Hillary helped plan our family cruise and missed so many details. She said she scheduled meals on the ship, but did not. She got my sister-in-laws birthday wrong so her pre-check did not get onto her boarding pass. She also said we could switch roommates once on the ship, but they said it was not possible. If she would have called 30 days in advance, it could have been done.

Called when they opened asking about getting an International Driving Permit. The person on the phone was very helpful making sure I brought everything necessary. 30 minutes later I am there and they are processing my permit with everything going smoothly. Well done!!
