I reached out to Sally Wallace at Travel Inc in September of 2022 for some information on a destination wedding. She was a referral from a good friend who used her for her Curaçao destination wedding in 2021.

From Day 1 Sally was informative and all around just extremely helpful. She assisted me and my now husband, with a list of resorts to check out based on our wants for our destination wedding.

After some research, we chose Secrets Maroma Beach in Cancun Mexico. Sally knew a beautiful beach was something that was a non negotiable for us, and she couldn’t have recommended a better resort.

We locked in our wedding date and room block with the help of Sally, and it was SO simple. She was extremely helpful to get us the pricing we liked for our guests.

We visited the resort for a site visit in Sept 2023, and it was PERFECT.

Once the room block was established, Sally assisted all of our guests with their questions, bookings and countless changes from day 1 up until they arrived for our wedding this past October.

She made sure our contracts, bookings and every detail was exactly what was promised. With a destination wedding, the communication can be slow but she did not miss a beat when it came down to making sure it was what we wanted and the pricing, etc was correct. Persistence is key, and it is something she is extremely good at.

Prior to the wedding, she sent out beautiful packages to each and every one of our guests to ensure they had all the paperwork and information they needed. This included a gorgeous itinerary, a packing list and details of the resort. Every guest said it was extremely helpful!

She even met up with me and my husband prior to the wedding to provide our printed travel details, as well as have us a very thoughtful and generous gift.

She not only helped us organize a large wedding with 74 guests, but also helped us extend our trip for our honeymoon and made sure we got all the little inclusions that were included in our booking.

The wedding has come and gone, and it was EVERYTHING we could have dreamed of. It wouldn’t have been possible without Sally.

She is extremely kind, patient and just all around amazing. We will be using her, and Travel inc for all of our trips/vacations in the future.

Sally is amazing!! She planned everything perfectly for my destination wedding to Turks and Caicos. I didn’t have to worry about a thing, she handled it all and stayed on top of everything. She made the whole process so much easier and less stressful on me so I could just enjoy the trip and wedding! She was very organized and and made sure I knew what decisions I had to make and when I had to make them. The trip went flawlessly due to her! I have been thinking of ways to concisely summarize how grateful I am to Sally but there is no short way to do it. We started working with Sally 2 years before our wedding this October, and let me just tell you... BEST DECISION EVER! From the second we connected, I knew that Sally was going to be amazing to work with and I am happy to say that not only was I right, but she exceeded every single expectation that I had. Sally is the definition of a "ride or die" person! She was constantly advocating for us even the day before the wedding! She was always so helpful with answering questions or seeking out answers if she didn't know them herself. She helped get all 95 of our guests sorted out and ready to be present at our destination wedding in Turks and Caicos. Sally was at every single phone call with our off-site wedding planner and was in constant communication with me even after the wedding. To be honest, she was so much more than just our travel agent! She was always happy to offer advice and show examples of what previous brides had done which really helped us in the planning stages. She clearly knows what she's doing and it shows! My husband and I were truly so fortunate to have met Sally... we were frequently hearing horror stories from other couples on Facebook pages and we just could not relate at all. She was constantly helping our guests find better rates on rooms and flights, and even got us an amazing deal on our room! When there were emergencies, she was readily available to chat. This woman will work even when she is on vacation! She was so responsive and that really helped to ease any anxieties that I had throughout the process. Sally will treat your wedding and your trip as if you were family. She really cares that you and your guest have the best experience! Everyone has been raving about the packets she put together with things to do around the island and the day of the wedding. If you are wanting someone that will give your wedding EVERYTHING she has and more, then don't hesitate in hiring Sally/Travel Inc!

I don’t even know where to start. Through cancellations, delays, passport not being here on time, there is so much to say that it would be an essay by the time I finish. Sally was unbelievable. She was available with the constant changes, rebooking, calling the airline to make sure we had the seats and honor the prices that were initially shown, and everything in between. Sally was understanding, patient and unbelievably informative with all the options we were looking for. While I was freaking out, Sally had everything under control. We were a group of 11 and she was on point with the requirements needed to fly out and had incredible skills keeping everything straight. She was always available, even while we were away, always answered my emails quickly. I received emails about our returning flights, baggage claim. When I say Sally was on top of everything she truly was. We chose Jamaica to travel, and the resort was unbelievable, it was everything she said it was going to be. I was at ease knowing that if I had any questions, concerns, or anything at all she was available and handled everything with incredible professionalism. Like I said in the beginning the post could go on for another page or two. This is the first time I used a travel agent and I will never try and do it myself again. I tried Sally because of the reviews and the others reviews were not kidding. She’s amazing. Recommend her 100%.

Fairy tale Wedding!!! My now husband and I cannot rave enough about Sally Wallace and Travel Inc. I was referred to Sally by a friend and calling her to assist with our destination wedding we the best decision we made. Sally was able to give us her honest opinion of locations that were both kid friendly and affordable during April vacation (my husband is a teacher, so we did not have much choice for our wedding week).
From the first call and email exchange I knew that Sally was the person that we wanted to work with. We decided that Mexico was the best location weather wise and the most affordable so more guests were able to come. Sally was so helpful with follow up emails to the resort to make sure nothing was missed due to any language barrier. She also was on every call that we had with the resort.
When it got closer to the wedding Sally sent out each guest their own folder that had all of their travel information included and details about the hotel and a packing checklist which everyone used! She also gave my husband and I a wedding binder that we brought with us to Mexico to make sure everything that we had agreed upon in email exchanges were correct. Sally and her husband put everyone at ease traveling internationally. My husband and I are already talking about going back to the Dreams resort that we had our wedding at and we have only been home for 2 days!!

We cannot recommend Travel Inc. enough to assist you with all of your travel plans. Sally was so knowledgeable and helped us plan the most perfect honeymoon we could have ever imagined. She was fast with her responses and made sure we were all set from start to finish with all things travel related. Our trip wouldn't have gone as smoothly without her expertise. She is personable, honest, and would never steer you in the wrong direction. Her and her family have been to so many places and can truly give you a personal opinion on so many places. We are already in the works of planning our next vacation and cannot wait to work with Sally again in the future!

WOW! Where do I begin? Sally Wallace with Travel Inc. far exceeded any exception I had for a travel agent. She helped my husband and I to plan our AMAZING destination wedding this past October 2017.
We first met Sally in August of 2016. From day one all the stress of trying to plan and find the perfect location was gone. We wanted to not only find the perfect location but we wanted to find a place where we could bring our daughter as well. She was only 2 months old when we first met Sally. Being a mom herself she really put all my worries to ease. She recommended the perfect location that would not only give us our dream wedding but would also be accommodating and kid-friendly for our daughter.
Sally really made sure every little detail was perfect. She stayed in contact with our wedding planner and made sure they knew everything I said. She'd literally call them herself if my questions were not answered in a timely fashion. Sally was also always available even when she was away she'd email or take a phone call if I really needed to talk to her.
Not only did she make everything stress-free for us but for our guests too. She took the time to make sure all our guest got folders with all the information they'd need for our trip. Even printed out their flight confirmations. She even helped numerous guest switch around days to accommodate flights right up to the last few weeks before our wedding. Not to mention she was able to do all this while planning a few other destination weddings.
Sally Wallace stands out in my mind because she is someone that truly cares. This is something she has a passion for and it shows. Honestly was a little sad when our wedding day came and went. I know we will definitely use her again for future traveling. Can't emphasize enough she is amazing!!!
