Never was able to move past initial conversations about my trip due to the unprofessional, rude and condescending behavior I experienced. In a service based business I am shocked that they would speak to potential customers in such a way to make them feel stupid for asking simple questions. It pains me to have to write this review after being recommended to use this company from a fellow Buckeye alumni but I left the encounter very disappointed.

I would give them zero stars, if possible. Booked a trip to Italy through them, nothing but issues with the flights they booked. Never end a trip in Florence- tiny airport that uses only regional carriers that cancel flights on a regular basis. Agents should know better. No help getting rebooked home, we had to manage it ourselves. Spent half a day at the airport trying to rebook. Useless service, better off booking your own trip and flights.

We stayed in Cancun and everything was fantastic. From the moment we touched down in Mexico we were in paradise. TPD had us set-up for a week in an amazing location with excellent staff, amenities, and fun events for the whole family. They made our booking experience easy, affordable, and truly memorable. The travel partners are friendly, enthusiastic, and talented. I’d recommend to anyone looking to make their vacation better than they could imagine. I look forward to working with them on our next vacation to France!

Very Disappointing is a gross understatement . We purchased the Big Ten Championship game package from this agency. We are life long Buckeye fans .After arriving we discovered we were placed right in the middle of the Northwestern Fan seating . We attempted to have the agency move our seating and they refused . We were seated on the opposite end of the arena away from all the Buckeye Fans, team, and all of the Buckeye Championship game festivities . These tickets were obviously part of the group alotment for NW University . We did get to listen to all of the NW fans cheering for their team however . A really disappointing experience for us . A dream trip that turned into a huge disappointment .

Travel Partners is a company that hosts item for the Ohio State University such as their packaging group trips to go on a cruise they hold things as well for Ohio State that need to be shipped from one location to the other they have many many many autographed memorabilia that you would have to walk in and actually question about the see if they're willing to sell or donate or have a good purpose for the item that you are looking for they might even be willing to even give it to you
