Tameer is the Agent that helps me I have had him plan several trips for me and my family members as well. Very nice guy real easy to work with and great customer service. Travel land is a travel agency were we purchased tickets for traveling, I like them because they will do their best in finding cheap fare for you, they have a lot of patience and also they will hold the seat on the plane for at least two to three days if you can't pay right away. You will get even your name tag from them before you get to the airport and other little items. You can call for more information.

WORST experience with a travel agent I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and use another agency. Karen Drozd was the agent available to speak with us about booking out honeymoon and was incredibly rude and useless. She expected us to have our trip already planned prior to seeing her, which is strange because that is what her job entails. She also kept reiterating the price and asking my fiance if he had the money for the trip. HELLO!!!! we wouldn't be here looking to book a vacation without money! Not helpful AT ALL and was very disrespectful and unwilling to perform her job duties.
