Working with Shelly was an absolute dream because she really was an angel on earth. I prepared for and dreaded the move across country with my four pets for about two months. When it finally dawned on me, that I could use the help of a professional. Shelly help me get my two cats and my dog from California to Fort Lauderdale. She was an advocate for me with the airlines. She helped to get us through security and help to get us on board early and help to just overall make the experience, more calm and pleasurable. I told her, I could not have done it without her! I could not recommend this company more highly.

I am so thankful for Shelly and travelers care! I’m so glad I came across their page. She helped get our 80 year old aunt to Vietnam who can’t walk or be left alone. She was so professional through the whole process. She kept us updated on the whole trip with pictures and videos. Words can not describe how grateful I am of Shelly for taking good care of my aunt. Shelly with Travelers Care took amazing care of our new fur baby. She is super professional and delivered excellent communication during the travel by sending updated texts and photos of the travel. Shelly completely rearranged her schedule to be on the same airline plane and is so professional and so wonderful she makes things happen that you never expect and goes out of her way to make sure everything is more than perfect please use her services because you would be amazed. she accommodated me and my boo so well all through our two trips and rearrange her schedule to accommodate me going from Atlanta to Michigan and almost missed my flight LOL she has superpowers. Shoshania helped us get from locust Grove Georgia to Los Angeles California flawlessly even though we encountered struggles pertaining to accessibility and overall flights support specifically pertaining to my boo who utilizes a power wheelchair. Even though the flight crew was rude and inaccessible to her needs pertaining to utilizing the restroom and making sure overall she was okay in general Shoshania was supportive proactive and very professional. Even though Delta airlines damage my boo chair Shoshania and Shelly took the appropriate measures to rectify the struggles we are definitely going to be utilizing both of them in our future travels thank you so much Shelly, Shoshania the whole Travelers care team.
