It was a last minute decision to stop for the night at 11 pm. I called to see if they accepted pets. The night clerk was So friendly. I was traveling with a cargo bag so I was a bit concerned about vandalism. She understood and assured me there were cameras that were being monitored and I would be parking directly in front of my room. It's literally right off I-75. It worked out great and the price couldn't have been better. The room was very clean.

It was easy to make the reservation on the Windham rewards app. The desk person was able to accommodate our needs with needing rooms on the ground floor. They should look to improve the "breakfast " that was provided. Coffee and a granola bar is not breakfast! The rooms need some updating also.

Room apart from the beds (basically shrink wrapped in plastic). Good shower. No one was on the desk at 8:30 for breakfast and lobby was locked. Finally the guy came back around 8:45 and it was bunt coffee, powdered milk, and old fruit.

It’s fine as a cheap stop close to I-75, but you can probably do better even in the budget price range.

You get what you pay for and this place is disgusting! Heed the reviews! I wish I took photos but I immediately started cleaning the room. I'm glad I had a can of Lysol cleaner with me that I keep in my car. Upon entrance a house roach scurried across the floor. The room stinks terrible. The tub had pubic hair all in it that my husband washed out. There were sticky cup rings on the bedside table/cubby hole. The upholstery chair in the corner has stains. I would not recommend walking barefooted. It's easy to say that the room was not cleaned between guests except the bed linens and trash bags. Oh, and the bed frame is about broken. The bed is very loose. One swift shove to the left or right and the frame will snap. The hotel has been repainted and there's paint splatters on everything in the room including a lot of dust. My cleaning rag was black when I got done with that room. It still didn't get rid of the smell though. There is something in the air here as well. I can't stop coughing. I did a thorough examination of the mattress itself and luckily I didn't find any bed bugs. Wyndham, Wyndham franchise, or private owner should be ashamed that they don't take pride in their business! Never again!

Day two update: I'm glad this is my last night here. The smell in this room is horrid. The odor is literally a mix of cigarettes, sweaty body odor, and butt crack.

*The air conditioner works very well in keeping the room cool.
*The shower has great water pressure.

*The mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron, hair dryer, tv, and alarm clock all work well.
*Front office staff is friendly

Note: These rooms do not have a phone to call for room service. You have to go to the front office. A few rooms down from the office there is a room for cleaning your laundry and to get ice. I did not use this amenity so I don't know how many or how much the washers and dryers are.

Great price,room was not ready when we arived . This was after 3 p.m., with no mattress covers on beds. comforter was a dingy white color, no top sheet. beds were uncomfortable and had dried blood stains on one mattress. Also, they charged my daughter 3 times on her ATM card for the room for 2 nights . We only stayed fri and sat night. Always reconfirm what you are being billed for.

Had a room in what appeared to be an older hotel not a part of the two new construction buildings. Don't ask for much when traveling. Just a clean room and bed for a few hours sleep. This failed. First room I was given had a terrible odor. The mattress seemed very used and soft. Second room the bed was better and no odor but just didn't feel clean. Front desk person was nice to let me move. Not sure if the new buildings provide a better experience.

My SO and I have stayed here several times overs the past few months, both weekly and nightly. The rooms were apparently updated within the past year (before our first stay) so I can’t compare. Nothing particularly extraordinary but still nice and modern—the USB charging ports and blackout/privacy blinds especially.
What has and will keep us coming back is the staff. First, housekeeping (Amanda): Our room has ALWAYS been clean and well stocked upon check in and then throughout our stay. We have NEVER seen a roach in any of our rooms. Second, front office staff (Julie): Always so nice and fun to talk to. Anytime we’ve messed up our booking online, she’s always been able to fix it for us. My SO and I typically work nights, and she has always been able to accommodate for our schedule where all other hotels won’t/don’t. I should also mention maintenance in this section…Any issue we’ve had was addressed and fixed in a very timely manner.
Saving the best for last, the manager (Diana): These are difficult, stressful times for everyone, and she is not oblivious to that like so many other local hotels. She is as patient and accommodating as she can possibly be. She, along with her staff, are the reason we have and will continue to return to this hotel.
