We worked with Vickie to plan our big wedding anniversary trip to Scotland in March. We wanted to make it a family trip and take our two children under 7 and their grandmother. Vickie was great to work with! She really helped us think through our itinerary and refine it based on what would work considering the age differences and physical abilities. We had several last minute pivots that were handled quickly and efficiently thanks to Vickie - thing I would have totally missed! For example, I found out that Holyrood Palace is closed Wednesday's and Thursday's for half of the year. I had initially intended to visit on a Thursday, and since we hadn't planned on making reservations I would not have found out til we showed up! Vickie caught this ahead of time and was able to re-arrange the itinerary so that we would not miss it. She went above and beyond to make sure we got to do the things on our "must do list" even calling to see if we could stay at Dunvegan Castle, since otherwise it was technically closed for a few more weeks. On the way home we had some airline issues, and Vickie made calls and kept us updated with the changes, which was such a great help! We will definitely use Vickie's services again for future international family trips.
