I worked with Monica on a Christmas party for my company, and she was nothing short of amazing. Her ideas, vision, and seeing what I had in my head, was incredible. She was timely, always taking notes and touching base throughout the planning process. She also designed these amazing beer glasses as a little gift for everyone. They were huge hit. Monica did an amazing job for my backyard baby shower. I had just a small idea of what I wanted and Monica was able to turn it into something more beautiful than I imagined! She worked closely with me every step of the way on all the details, sharing her expertise to ensure the final outcome was not only to my liking, but would look and work well also. It was a such pleasure working with Monica for our daughter’s Bat Mitzvah weekend. She did a great job keeping us on task, guiding us through all of the decisions for an action packed weekend and pulling off a wonderful celebration party that we will always remember. From the stunning colors and balloon arrangements to the incredible attention to detail, everything was perfect. The cake, cake pops, and treats were not only beautiful but also delicious! On top of that, their professionalism and customer service were exceptional. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Overall, I had a great experience working with Monica throughout the planning of my baby shower. She’s very friendly, communicative, and professional. However, she did seem to struggle with problem-solving/coming up with solutions after we learned the venue had double booked for my event, which would impact the timing of my baby shower and how much time Monica would have to decorate. While I don’t fault Monica for their mistake, if my sister had not stepped in, I don’t believe my shower would have gone as we initially planned and held in the space that was discussed, which really would’ve thrown off the day. Nonetheless, the day was still very beautiful and things worked out in the end and I will likely look to work with her again in the future for other small events.

Monica was so wonderful to work with! I gave her the theme I wanted for my son’s first birthday party and she handled the decoration and desserts to match it. She also was flexible with our schedule for set up, tear down, and desserts delivery, making the overall event experience very smooth and easy! My guests had a wonderful time and loved her work.
