Our trip to the Wisconsin Cranberry Festival to Warren was great as we traveled to and back on a nice Tri State bus. Our driver was excellent and kept us on time to all our stops for the day. Have traveled with them before and always been pleased.

Kids spring break trip cancelled due to Covid. Tri-State says refund may only be 30% of what I paid. They provided no service. I doubt very much that the venues in NYC would refuse provide refunds. The governor shut down the state, refunds have been given in all other travel situations, i would expect that this would be the same. I would NOT recommend this company, we have been waiting for 8 weeks with little answers. I would also NOT recommend any schools to use Tri-State travel for their future charter bus needs.

I've ridden with this Bus line SEVERAL times for diffrent events and thing and never have had a bad experience! My favorite driver of all time has to be Mr.Randy Collins, He is so personable and Funny and truly lives up to my expectations for this company! I'd recommend it to anyone needing to go on a trip anywhere!

My daughter was a senior at Davenport North last year. Her choir trip over spring break (March) to New York was canceled because of Covid-19. The trip was paid for well in advance. We still have not been refunded any of the money. I still don't know when or how much or even if we will get any of it back. Many of these kids worked hard to earn the money for this trip either from part time jobs or fund raisers. Nothing about the way this has been handled is professional. I know covid threw a monkey wrench in everything but this is absurd. I do know the school has had to get lawyers involved and we still have no money.

2nd time we took Tri State tour to Cranberry Festival. Great day trip with fabulous shopping!!! Only suggestion would be to have bus leave at 5Am from QCA.

Bettendorf high school band trip was cancelled due to Covid. No refund! I have been in contact with the school and told them they should never do business with them again.
