This was one of the best trips we have ever made. Normally I make our own travel plans, but South America was a little complicated. Trip Harvest (TH) made all the flight, hotel, and transfer arrangements. TH was great to work with, designing our itinerary based on things we wanted to do and places we wanted to go. Cerro Guido Hacienda right outside Torre del Paines was a highlight. It was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. Each day, we would meet with the guide, and created the schedule of day trips for the next day, like touring Torre Del Paines National Park, horseback riding, sheep shearing, and hiking. Our preference is to travel alone, rather than on big tours, and this fit the bill - we traveled on our own, yet were met and guided throughout. We hope to do another Trip Harvest trip in the future.

Let me start by saying that I'm in my 60's and still not confident when I work with an online travel agent who is located across the country. Evan is helping me overcome that fear. I emailed him and he promptly returned my call. I had booked a trip to Patagonia only to find out that my daughter's doctorate graduation was on our departure date. Under no circumstances was I going through that arduous hassle and book the trip again. Evan to the rescue. He told me I was visiting the places in the wrong order and he was right. Our first stop was Bariloche Argentina. We thought we were in the most beautiful place in the world. We stayed at Llao Llao, it was spectacular and so were the cocktail and food prices. But it is a must see and do. There are many activities right at the hotel, along with a beautiful pool and nearby hiking.
Our next stop was El Calafate to see the spectacular Perito Moreno Glacier. An awe inspiring sight, we spent hours watching the calving, took a boat ride and loved every minute.
Next we went to El Chalten and hiked to the base to Mt. Fitz Roy, again more beautiful and stunning than the glacier. It's a solid hike and very doable but much more crowded than expected. However we were there during the Christmas break.
Then the creme de la crème, Hotel Las Torres in Las Torres National Park in Chile. We chose the all inclusive option and were certainly happy. The food was fresh, innovative and delicious. The cocktails were out of this world and made with fresh herbs, unique spices and always served with a smile. The bartender is very talented and distills his own gin and whiskey. Beautiful. The expeditions were wonderful, the horses were well behaved and attentive. I am leery of horses and these guys were terrific. The park is exquisite and majestic, truly a gift from God!
Evan did a perfect job arranging the trip. Every one of the hosts, guides and drivers were punctual, very knowledgeable and delightful to spend time with. Honestly, this trip delivered more than I expected, Evan you knocked it out of the park. My husband, daughters in their 20's and myself truly thank you. Job well done, friend.

I used Trip Harvest when a few friends and I traveled down to Colombia. At first glance, it looked like they didn't build out trips for areas not covered on their website but I contacted them direct and they said they could customize trips down to South America outside of their suggest, prepackaged plans.

We had a basic itinerary that we wanted to follow but didn't want to deal with the details of transportation/accommodations/figuring out the best of what to see in Colombia and decided to get a quote from these guys. They were incredibly responsible and took into account what we were interested in experiencing and built out a trip from there. We received a quote that was exactly what we wanted plus pricing was competitive so we signed off with them.

The trip itself was fantastic! Transportation was seamless, the hotels that they booked for us were in the heart of town and they put together activities that included a nice blend of outdoor and historical sites. They were also flexible and provided local assistance when there were some airline snafus including delayed flights and baggage.

I would definitely recommend Trip Harvest for anyone interested in visiting South America and will definitely use their services again on my next trip down south!

Evan created a spectacular trip to Peru for our family, including activities that our 16-year-old son loved. Evan was responsive and flexible as we tried out different itineraries. In the end, we had a once in a lifetime experience of hiking the final section of the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu.

In our recent trip to Argentina and Chile we found Trip Harvest to help us plan and design our itinerary. I wanted to use their firm before we booked the trip. From the first call I had with Evan at Trip harvest I knew they were very good. My husband and I travel extensively and have worked with a lot of travel agents/consultants. We wanted to go to Argentina and Chile and knew generally knew where we wanted to go. In the planning phase not only was Evan super responsive he was able to help us design an itinerary that worked very well for us. He knew the countries well and had suggestions of things to do and places to go that we were not aware of.
On our trip, all the connections and transportation worked perfectly, the accommodations were first rate, the guides were very good, and we had a great time. We loved Trip Harvest's travel app that we downloaded on our phones and tablets before we left. The app was so easy to use and you didn't have to be online to access it. Having your day by day flights, itinerary, location information, restaurant recommendations and other tips at your fingertips was very helpful.
Trip Harvest listened to what was important to us and arranged spot-on excursions that were everything we wanted. We had a wonderful time and will recommend the firm to our friends.
