Fraud Alert!!! Terrible Experience – No Refund and Ignoring Calls

I had a very frustrating experience with Ghanshyam. After taking my money and failing to provide the promised service, he has stopped picking up my calls and repeatedly given me false deadlines for when he will get back to me. Despite multiple follow-ups, he has not refunded my money, even though he assured me that he would do so if he couldn’t deliver. I’ve been left with no response and no refund. I would not recommend this agent to anyone looking for reliable service.

Being from Kashmir. My friend suggested me to book my holidays from Mr Mrinal and Mr Ghanshyam.
Honestly speaking it was an amazing trip, particularly the way all staff members responded through out the trip was just amazing…keep this high spirit high….
