I didn’t deal with Tara much but my girlfriend did. My girlfriend was stress free during the entire planning process and felt very informed so that says a lot about the agent. Tara arranged a two week vacation for us. I liked that she put together several itineraries that seemed to be a good mix of what both of us liked and then we got to pick and chose from each to make the trip we wanted. I was completely satisfied with the arrangements as well as the price. I would use and recommend her services in the future.

Tara put together a custom two week trip for me and my boyfriend. She asked plenty of questions to get a good feel of what we both like. This didn’t just cover the obvious interests but also whether or not we prefer groups and tours or go around on our own. She asked if we prefer to have everyday planned out or a list of items for self exploration or a combo. She asked how we prefer to commute and if we had any limitations. Then she gave us 3 different itineraries that included a great combo of all we spoke about. Then we were able to pick and chose what we liked from each to make the perfect trip! Upon return she asked how the trip went and how we would rate each portion. When we told her that our scheduled car service did not arrive to take us to the airport and we had to get a taxi she ensured we received a full refund for the service. I got a custom made trip for an awesome price and the customer service was amazing! I have since recommended her to others whom have also raved about her services. I have found my agent and ready for more adventures!

I booked a cruise through Tara Bodell for my granddaughter's honeymoon. Tara was so helpful and had everything ready for Tori and her husband to board the ship and start enjoying the cruise. My husband and I had also booked a cruise to Alaska but my husband was diagnosed with ALS a few months before we were to fly to Alaska and we had to cancel. Tara was very helpful in getting our cruise cancelled and all the money refunded. Will never use another travel agent since we have met her.
