We’ve been back here multiple times! For lunch, dinner, and happy hour. The food and service is always good and the atmosphere what you need it to be. Live music by the bar can get loud, of course, but they have a room in the back that is much quieter and great for large parties or more intimate formal feeling dinners. Their outdoor patio is fabulous in good weather and dog friendly, which is a great option. The menu has its staples, but the seasonal options change just often enough to keep things interesting (that one summer tomato salad will live on in my dreams). As a brewery they’re good, but their cocktails are great! We always bring visiting family and friends here and have had an excellent experience every time. Triumph is such a treasure!

The food is of great quality and taste and the service was quick and friendly. I ended up taking 2 64oz growlers home. The salmon was perfectly smoked and salty, and the lamb stew felt like made at home. Highly recommend trying their beers l, they are great. Plenty of parking (free garage) and fun area to walk around if you want to go shopping.

The food was not great at all this time around. Last summer this place was great went for the jazz shoes all the time. The soup was watered down, the prezles i coulda got from aunt Annie's, the oysters were doused in sauce and bacon and horrible looking. Not good. Too expensive and not good food.

Oh boy. First impressions are so unfair but LITERALLY CRUCIAL in every single business. SPECIALLY in the service business.
Having Caitlin as the hostess greeting people , a big mistake! Her Rudeness and attitude for no reason is not the best way to start a business meeting at such a beautiful place like this.
The drinks are okay. Nothing special.

*Caitlin gets a 0/5 for her nasty uncalled for attitude.

*tTe venue is gorgeous. The bathroom was very clean which we all appreciate.

**Dave our server was excellent. I rate him 5/5.

My well done Triumph burger was delivered well done but somehow the meat was chunky not finely ground as most burgers are. That’s not pleasant.
The chicken sandwich was okay not impressive. The feedback from my guest was that it could’ve had more flavor.
The lentil Bolognese was also just barely okay. Per my guest this was lacking flavor as well.
None of us finished our food and we didn’t even bother taking anything from there home.
For a foodie town, they need to step their game up. I am never coming back although I’m hosting a huge real estate event cross the street from them in a couple weeks. This is the reason why i came here to begin with. To scout cool delicious places to recommend for after my event. This PLACe is NOT IT. I recommend you skip this one.

Mediocre starter, fantastic brews, and a delicious cubano.

Shay was a phenomenal server and paid close attention to our large party of 8.

Chris Bergson and the Brooklyn Holdouts made our night.

We’ll definitely be back for Friday night music.

Brand new place, but going through some growing pains. I think they clearly underestimated the demand, and hired fewer servers than necessary. The place was absolutely packed on a weekday. We waited a long time between visits from our server, and would normally have ordered 2-3 drinks in that time, compared to the single drink we were able to push through.

Beer was so-so, with several of the “normal” beers you’d find in Bavaria, which would probably be more novel if I didn’t spend a lot of time in Nurnberg. To me, they’re just a bit bland and uninspired. I visit a brewery to explore beer with flavor to it, although this would fit right in in Germany.

Otherwise, the decor is top notch, with a clean industrial feel to it. The food was decent but nothing to write home about. I think most of the negatives can be worked out with a more veteran staff, once everyone gets into the swing of things.

Loved the atmosphere and was able to see a great band on a Friday evening. Cool and diverse menu options, including sharable appetizers and a lot of cocktails to choose from.
A great jazz band played also kn Nov. 3, 2023 and it made the evening fly by and super enjoyable.

Excellent space; large, open, modern with plenty of standing room and place to put your drinks. The food is excellent with a good variety of small plates. It is located in a great location in town, within walking distance of many shops and attractions. The service was a bit confused but they just opened so I'm sure that will be straightened out soon.
