Positive: The location: it was close to a few good stores, gas station & D hospital was across D street. Almost needed to go over there. Negative: The bodywash was EMPTY & D floor was dirty; I bathe w/Shampoo; I would have called down but I was already N D shower & getting dressed 4 an event.THE BREAKFAST MADE ME SICK. I was & Vomiting at the same time!

The host was cordial but not overly welcoming or informative. The room was modern and functional, albeit small. The main issue was the lack of housekeeping. The remote control was grimy, and there were a pair of bright yellow used ear plugs hanging on the bathroom door. How they missed that, I don't know. There was also a large brownish stain on the bathroom wall. As a Hilton Diamond member, this was my first stay at a Tru Hotel and will likely be my last.

Very nice and secluded hotel for our quick stay on the way home. Everything was very clean. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I’d stop there again in a heartbeat!

I was very disappointed in room 207 I stayed in last week. It was the only place in Crossett. I refused to take a shower in the dirty shower, and I found a wad of hair and lint on the bedsheets, that looked like it had gone through the laundry, it was in a fold of the sheet. Never Again!

Great stay at the Tru by Hilton Crossett for class reunion. Nice, clean, new room, with great breakfast. Internet and amenities were very good. Staff was first rate. |Shout out to Naomie and the staff. We left a charging station behind. Naomie found it right away and shipped it back to us. Thanks so much.

I travel for work and this is the closest hotel. Let me start by say the staff is absolutely amazing. They are very kind, informative, and extremely warming. Breakfast is always great with plenty of options and late night snacks whenever. Walmart is super close so that’s a plus. With that being said I’ve stayed several times and each time I’ve had to clean the restroom. I’ve complained so much I no longer see the point in doing so, I just bring cleaning supplies with me.

This was a very nice hotel. I was highly impressed to find a hotel of this quality in a smaller market. It was in a great location near a few eating establishments. It was also in walking distance of a Wal-Mart and Dollar Tree as well. The rooms were clean, the staff were very nice. There is gravel next to the parking lot that will accommodate at least 3 if not 5 semi tractors and trailers which is great! I did not take the opportunity to have breakfast as I was enjoying relaxing in my room. If I am ever in the area in the future I will not hesitate to stay here again. I
