When i checked in i was greeted warmly and got a text as soon as i got to my room to welcome me! I got up to late for breakfast I went downstairs to see if anything was left and Eva opened up most of the breakfast items for me. WOW!!!! She went above and beyond to make sure I ate. I appreciate things like that so much. She made me feel like I mattered. She is awesome. Go see Eva and have a great start to your day!!!

This was our first stay at a Tru. Really liked the trendy fun vibe. Seems to be geared to a younger generation, but very much appreciated by a couple of young at heart boomers. We had a room with a king sized bed. Room was small but met our needs. It was clean and bed was comfy. People working front desk at check in and check out were super friendly. They are very dog friendly, a definite plus as we travelwith 4 Chihuahuas

We have used the Hampton Inn and the Staybridge Suites here in Perrysburg a couple if times for family coming here from out of town. This weekend we tried the Tru by Hilton. All went very well. We’ll definitely add this one to the good list.

The decor is good, the room nice, the staff great. While every hotel chain has its own niche market, Tru is ideal for exactly what we just did. Visiting relatives are looking for a comfortable bed, a shower, and any easy breakfast. No pool or other resort amenities required. Quiet, secure, safe, and very hospitable… and everything we would provide for visiting relatives in our home if we had a dozen bedrooms.

Beautiful lobby, spacious and big clean room staff was excellent. Breakfast was good. Pool was nice and clean a lot of restaurants nearby to enjoy will definitely be back. To this beautiful hotel next time, I will bring my family with me to enjoy The beautiful pool

Positive: The staff was friendly and helpful. A+They were very nice to my dog tooAlso the room was spacious, clean and had a long bench that was convenient for luggage and had an upholstered section perfect for putting on shoes. Negative: No comfortable chair. Just one desk chair. Lucky it was just me for a quick overnight.

Awesome experience here. I always stay here when I travel to the area for work and love coming here for golf trips with friends in the summer! Great staff and better customer service!. The amenities are great being able to use the workout room and then going up to fresh breakfast every morning is always a pro for me.

At least it was clean. For the senior leadership, I would be embarrassed that this hotel includes the Hilton name. I understand the concept of having a bare bones facility with minimal amenities, but it’s basically a poorly designed college dorm room without storage. Your place for hanging clothing is included in a picture. Hangers on a pipe. If you need more, there’s some hooks on the wall too. |There is no coffee maker, no microwave, but there is a fridge. There are microwaves in the lobby that can be used. Additionally, an ice maker by the lobby, as there are none on the floors. |Their continental breakfast is the worst I’ve seen, not an exaggeration. Some fruit, cereal, eggs & sausage patties in a bin. And you can make your own pancakes, toast, etc. Juice/milk, etc. |Most of the staff were excellent across the board: Reception, kitchen, and cleaning. Maintenance, I had no lighting in the bathroom for two evenings and the sink leaked. Was reported; never corrected. |My office booked this for me for a quick meeting. Now they know the brand and will not book it again for leadership nor clients.
