We took our daughter on this sunrise hot air balloon ride at parents weekend at university in Arizona. It was truly one of the most beautiful experiences with stunning Tucson views. It was both exciting and peaceful and Kevin and his crew were so great from take off to landing. It was a priceless memory we will always have of her time there.

We enjoyed our first hot air balloon ride with Tucson Balloon Rides this morning - and it was the best balloon ride we've had of three so far! Kevin and crew did a great job getting the balloon ready, telling us what to expect, showing us the sights while airborne, and bringing us to a successful, if a bit of a rock'n'roll landing (that was actually super fun!). The team did a great job, the ride in the balloon was smooth, and the experience overall took about three hours. The views of the sunrise to the east and the mountains to the west was simply beautiful. If you've never gone on a balloon ride, give it a try because it's great fun, very safe, and worth the experience.

From the minute the adventure started to the final ride home, the experience was incredible.

Kevin (owner/pilot) is the nicest guy and his team is gregarious, cheerful and informative even at 5am. Kevin was so knowledgable and calm throughout the ride that my nerves were quickly put to ease (I don't like heights).

The ride itself was serene, quiet and awe-inspiring as we lifted off at sunrise over the Tucson Valley.

We flew over the Tucson mountain range and the West side of Saguaro National Park while watching the sunrise over the Rincon Mountains. It was breath-taking at every turn.

Our landing was smoother than most planes I’ve been on and his crew was there to help every step of the way. We ended the ride with a light brunch and mimosa toast and later that day were gifted pictures of our flight (some included here).

By 9am or so, we were on with our day and felt alive in a way we never have before.

Conditions have to be perfect to launch but consider this your push. If you ever have a chance to take flight in a hot-air balloon, trust me you will not regret the experience!

I also want to add that Kevin and his crew took all the necessary COVID-19 precautions. We wore masks on the flight and the vans rides were private so the other family drove in one van and we drove in the other. We felt very safe the entire time.

Being in Tucson is wonderful but going with Kevin “Wil” on a Sunrise Balloon ride made it a vacation my wife and I will always remember. He and his staff were extremely professional, kind, informative, and really fun. There was so much attention to detail and the flight was beautiful! My bucket list just got shorter. Kevin and the crew were fabulous. When weather forces a delay by a day, Kevin was in quick contact with us and very flexible. The ride itself was just as advertised aka amazing. The champagne breakfast was nicely done and made for a perfect break while the crew packed up the balloon. Overall an amazing experience my wife and I would highly recommend.

A fantastic experience. From the booking (which was very accommodating to take separate payments from two couples flying together) to the pre-flight communication/reminders; the prep, the take-off, the landing, the champagne brunch (okay, it was too early for brunch… more of a breakfast… but it’s never too early for champagne!) – everything was very professional. The flight itself was awesome – literally floating on air. Kevin, the pilot, is clearly very experienced and kept us informed the entire trip, letting us know what to expect and pointing out interesting landmarks and highlights of the landscape. I would recommend Tucson Balloon Rides unconditionally. Definitely worth the money. Just do it!

This was our first hot air balloon experience and everything went perfectly. Our pilot Kevin did a great job and was very informative during the entire ride. The take off and landing were a bit bumpy as expected but nothing too intimidating. They do offer you a light brunch and champagne toast well. We had such a memorable time.
