Beth Turman, our planner was extremely unprofessional and rude. She over promised and did not deliver on any of the things she promised. We asked her to book our excursions and she did not. We got on the cruise and no one was aware of anything. We requested to have a photographer for an event she booked for the wrong date. We request specaility dishes that the cruise staff members had no idea about. We were promised credit on board that never came. Every time we reached out to her to get an update she was full of excuses. I wish I had booked directly with the cruise ship as they were so much more responsive and helpful.
