We had a really nice time here! There are 3 private homes all along the beach. We rented all three for our big family reunion and I don't where else you can rent three houses in a row like that on the ocean! Two of the houses are 4 bedrooms each and then the big one is 6 bedrooms so we were able to have 14 bedrooms total on the beach! Everything was super clean and nice. I found the rental agency very helpful and knowledgeable. They were very quick to reply when we had any questions but everything we needed was actually in a handy virtual portal. We are already planning to come back here for our next reunion!

Right on the beach , beautiful beach.

The property is distressed and damaged.
Hurricane caused significant backyard erosion leaving no access to the beach.
Old house, Bathroom toilet not working, dishwasher backed up, sink not draining, garbage disposer in sink not working, water flooding floors from sink in kitchen. Unhygienic and Would not go again.

Lets start at the beginning. Their unusable guest portal is a nightmare to navigate with multiple menus that are so very vaguely labelled. you might as well just call them every time you need to know something about your rental. But don't bother calling if you don't have plenty of free time, as it took almost an hour to get the address of the beach house 48 hours before our rental date.

This beach house was far from luxury. I would have rather slept at "Honest-1 Auto Care" while I had my oil changed for a very reasonable price, than to of stayed in this beach house that the owner hasn't walked through since they purchased the property years ago.

So be prepared after you pay for your rental for Oceans Luxury Vacations staff to be impossible to reach, their app to broken and unusable. The luxury beach house to be competing with a motel 6, and to sleep in essentially a crack house that may fall over if a medium sized gust of wind comes up with the tide.

Mold mold and mildew and oh yeah it smelt like mold. Penicillin growing right in the carpet. Oh yeah the bed was hard .
