Super nice staff… very efficient! Signed consent, paid and got shuttled off (in a aire-conditioned van) to our start site! Loved all the rapids, clean… super clean river!! Pick up at mile 5 was quick and easy, staff grabbed our kayaks and shuttled us back to our car! So glad we found this hidden gem… will definitely be back for the 7 mile run!

Mark K. runs this place in an efficient, friendly and smooth way. His staff is wonderful and gets you in the water as soon as possible. They accommodated our group needs very well.
The historic Germantown downtown is worth driving around and enjoying the view of beautiful 1800s elegant homes.
Twin Creek has clear water, you can see the bottom and some fish too. The place is clean and never too crowded. If you are looking for a family friendly activity call them!!

Great setup and good operation. Make sure you have a dry pouch for your phone as you need it when your trip is over. Really nice people and easygoing. Would recommend

Had a great time kayaking!! They were very friendly and helpful! There are also some rope swings along the way we enjoyed! We feel like we definitely got a good time out of our money! They are accommodating and have many different options from 1-8 hours of kayaking experiences.

We brought our 2 children 12 and 13 for their first kayak experience. The owner Mark and his crew went out of their way to make sure we were set up with the perfect kayak for the kids. They were friendly, fast and full of knowledge about the water. We will return again! What a blast and very economical.

We had a 7 mile run reserved for 7 of us. Stupid Ohio weather made the water level too low to kayak, and understandably shut Twin creek down for the season. I was contacted by the owner for a refund or to reschedule the run. We chose to reschedule, and the owner was very accommodating! That’s how you do business! We will be going back more than once this year and years to come! ❤️

Great run!!! Owner is great on the phone a little lost in person. Start at the damn, just call for ride as before you get out. Wait time to be picked up around 10-30 mins on a busy day. Prices for a tow 10$. Good time!
