I have been using Twinsburg Travel for 23 years for our vacations to Sandals. We travel once a year and cannot imagine doing it on our own. During Covid, we were going to Jamaica with friends when the lock down happened. When the island opened we were moved to the only resort open (Mobay) and all our rooms were together. If I have any issues at any resort, all I do is contact Twinsburg and the issue is handled immediately. The best thing is having Twinsburg on my side and not just Sandals if you book directly. Twinsburg will watch for any sales on rooms already booked and keep you informed. I urge anyone wanting to experience the Caribbean to contact Twinsburg Travel. You will not be sorry.
