I found Twinsburg Travel through a recommendation on TripAdvisor more than 10 years ago.

This was the best thing to happen for my travels. I wouldn’t travel without them.

I have worked with Jane, Jason, and Karen for approximately 15 trips.

They are pros, have a wealth of information, are communicative, efficient, make excellent recommendations, and check for price adjustments which may reduce my costs.

They have firsthand knowledge of the resorts. This is critical to me as I am mobility impaired. Their excellent advice and knowledge have enabled me to have wonderful, safe vacations.

If there is any glitch during my travels all I have to do is contact them.

They respond immediately, handle the solution, make sure it was implemented, and follow up with me.

In spite of the fact that travel arrangements are easily made online, I would always use Twinsburg Travel.

PS - using a travel agent DOES NOT cost the consumer anything extra !
