I’ve been staycationing in Palm Springs since I was young and Two Bunch Palms is by far the most lush and beautiful oasis I’ve visited here. The property is stunning, with greenery and natural beauty everywhere you look. The hot springs are scattered throughout the grounds, are absolutely incredible—perfect for relaxation and rejuvenation. On top of that, they offer yoga and a variety of balancing activities that make it easy to unwind and connect with yourself. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. I will definitely be back to this little slice of paradise!

Tranquil Resort with Room for Improvement

Two Bunch Palms has a lot to offer for a peaceful getaway, but there were some aspects that could use improvement. Our room was underwhelming and felt a bit cramped, with stark white walls and no artwork to add character or warmth. There was a large patio attached to the room with two small chairs and a table, yet much of the space seemed unused, which felt like a missed opportunity for comfort or additional amenities.

Navigating the resort at night was a bit of a challenge, as the walkways were dimly lit, making it hard to find our way around after dark. A bit more lighting would go a long way in enhancing the evening ambiance and making guests feel more secure.

On the positive side, the restaurant was excellent; the food was delicious, beautifully presented, and satisfying. However, the cocktails fell a little flat, not quite meeting the same standard as the cuisine. The pools were incredibly serene and provided a perfect environment for relaxation. We also thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing couples massage, which was a highlight of our stay.

Overall, Two Bunch Palms is a beautiful retreat with a few areas for improvement, but it’s a great spot for those looking to unwind and escape for a while.

I stayed at the resort for my 51st birthday. I wanted a solo trip so that I could just relax and reset. I got just that. The resort is peaceful and the staff are top tier. I stand for three days and can honestly say it was the best three days of 2024 for me. The massages were amazing too. I plan on returning once a year.

Highlights: Teak tubs and concrete tubs that are more like pools, beautiful night skies, yoga classes and coffee/wine bar. It’s super casual, don’t have to think much about packing. (Some walk around in their robes everywhere.) No loud groups or talking on cell phones (although my last day a young man in the coffee bar was on his loudly and others were clearly annoyed- not the place!) It’s about relaxation.||Room: King bed and bedding very comfortable. Big shower. Concrete floors were chilly! No tv, but good wi-fi.||A few caveats:|- Restaurant is pricey and not exceptional. I ordered charcuterie poolside - small cheeses and chutney, and instead of crackers or sliced baguette, it was paired with highly seasoned pita chips- cheese on pita chips? Odd combo. I had pasta for dnne and it was smothered in pesto sauce - after overwhelming frat bite, i sent it back (I never do that!) The resort appropriately removed the charge from my bill and were very nice about it. I suggest orderng menu items without a lot of sauces or seasonings. Others I talked to agreed.|- Mineral tub reservations: Guests are supposed to book the concrete and (some) teak tubs in advance on an App-60 or 90 minute soak. |Unfortunately, some guests help themselves to the tubs without regard for those who’ve booked specific time frames. |I’d reserved a tub one afternoon, and walked down only to find all tubs occupied. There was no staff to help me and I had to ask people myself if they’d actually reserved the pools - it was awkward and uncomfortable.|Later, I watched several girls tub surfing, while like me the day before a couple was waiting for their reserved tub time. It’s a system that should be explained upon arrival, adhered to, and unfortunately could use monitoring during busy times.|(There are a few add’l teak tubs and the Grotto pool that don’t require reservations).|Spa services: I had two lovely spa services during my stay - hot stone and lymphatic drainage and both practitioners were very good- the complimentary green drink at the restaurant after was delicious . ||Worth a mention, across from the restaurant is a casita called Twine that serves as a coffee bar in the am, and a wine bar at night. John, who runs the evening bar was terrific- helpful and so interesting. He took the time to show me around a bit when I arrived at the evening wine tasting. He’s a talented musician and made an impression on my first solo getaway. (Hope he stays!)||Last, I did hear there is newer mgmt wanting to make this long-time peaceful retreat a more upscale, hipster destination. Prices are rumored to be increasing and more of the classes said to have additional fees. I hope that’s not the case, as there are many guests (young and old)) who’ve been coming for years, and those of us who’ve discovered more recently that come for the Orginal intent - a place without loud groups or people talking on their cell phones. overall, this was a thoughtful indulgence with mindful guests, looking for down time and little pretense. That’s rare these days and so appreciated!

My 4th time stayed at the resorts and had an amazing time. The natural hot springs were incredibly relaxing!
The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. I loved the cozy outdoor jacuzzi style hot tub area. The food was delicious, with fresh, local ingredients, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

I highly recommend Two bunch palms and look forward to visiting again!

The front desk staff were all very nice. The grounds are very beautiful and relaxing...and we left feeling refreshed. This is a true healing/relaxation sound bath, it was the best one I have been to, and I've been to many! The management could use improvement. The place seems somewhat disorganized when it comes to booking, etc.

We were gifted a weekend stay for our 25th wedding anniversary from our daughter and it was amazing. They provided a bottle of wine in our room for us at arrival. The room was lovely, although an older building, they had modern decor and amenities. We enjoyed being able to unplug and spend quality time with each other. The tubs and services were refreshing. We had the best massage of our lives and tried and enjoyed our first sound bath class. The food and drinks were healthy and delicious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Zero complaints. We will return again next year!
