We had an absolutely amazing wedding, and I attribute that 100% to Sonia. I made the crazy decisions to have my wedding during the most insane period of medical school and when my husband was extremely busy with work (not to mention we live across the country), so there is no way we would have been able to pull it off without her. Sonia was extremely patient with my chronic indecisiveness, and delivered on everything we asked for. Her experience and knowledge of both event/wedding planning and the Napa area was vital. We constantly deferred to her for advice and opinions, and she brought important things to our attention that I never would have considered. Not only is she great at what she does, but she is also a genuinely great human and truly a pleasure to work with. Her energy was exactly what I needed on the day of- calm, in control, and excited. I felt SO good knowing she was there, and I trusted that she could handle whatever came our way. Even when our videographer canceled day of due to Covid, she was able to coordinate with the last minute replacement and I didn’t think about it once. I honestly didn’t stress for even a second on my wedding day, and that is thanks to Sonia. Ultimately, she was able to really understand our vision for the day, and then miraculously bring it to life. If I were to do it all over again, I would not hesitate for a second to hire Sonia again.

Sonia is the absolute best, I don't even know where to start. Sonia helped plan our day from begging to end, and everything was absolutely perfect! She brought to life everything I had ever imagined for our wedding day, and made it even better. Her attention to detail was exactly what this type A bride needed in planning a wedding, and she was very prompt and responsive during the planning process. Sonia helped from the very start of our wedding planning process, and helped us select our venue and then vendors. She is very knowledgeable in the wedding industry, especially in the Napa Valley - which was great as we were traveling from out of state. The entire planning process was a dream thanks to Sonia, and I wouldn't have even known where to start in planning a wedding if it wasn't for her help. She made the entire process very easy, and her day of timeline was absolutely perfect and nothing was forgotten or missed. I am so thankful to have found Sonia for our day, and I cannot recommend her enough to future couples looking for the best wedding planner for their big day!

Sonia was so wonderful and helpful from start to finish! She helped keep the planning experience very stress free for us — thanks to her organization, routine check ins with us, handling everything behind the scenes with our vendors, and calming demeanor whenever we interacted with her! Plus, her intimate knowledge of our venue and extensive, existing relationships with other vendors in the Napa area was a huge help in ensuring we had a great planning process and wedding day itself! We knew we were in good hands going into the big day, and she did not disappoint! Our wedding was so smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. Not to mention her eye for aesthetics made the wedding beyond beautiful! As someone without that sort of taste, she was really wonderful to have plan the florals and table scapes. Wish we could relive the day all over again. We’d highly recommend working with Sonia!

Sonia is the BEST!! My now husband and I could not be happier with working with Sonia from start to finish. Her attention to detail, prompt responsiveness and kind personality made it an absolute joy to work together. She always thought of small (but important) details I never would have thought about it she hadn’t brought it up. She even made our dinner menus for us and picked them up from the print shop. Our wedding was PERFECT all thanks to Sonia! Couldn’t recommend more!

Sonia was incredible as our wedding planner! She was constantly available when we needed her, helped coach us through what we needed to book/order/you name it. When I first spoke to Sonia about working together, I could not get over how calm she was (exactly what we was looking for). We had a great experience with Sonia. She was extremely helpful and responsive with our May 2023 wedding. The weather in Napa was not looking promising for our all outdoor wedding, so naturally we were extremely nervous and stressed out. Sonia was able to calm our nerves and hold our hand through the extremely stressful wedding-planning process. She had some great ideas for how to elevate our wedding, and she was wonderful with finalizing all the details with our vendors. We couldn't recommend Sonia and the UTVE team enough!

I don’t know what I would have done without Sonia! She came recommended to me by another planner in Napa Valley. We hired Sonia for month of coordination and she stepped in and made sure our vendors were all set and confirmed final details. As someone who plans events for work, it was so helpful to have Sonia towards the end of our wedding planning journey. Not only is Sonia great at her job, I feel like I gained a new friend.

Hiring Sonia was the best decision we made in planning our wedding! My husband and I got engaged in September of 2021 and got married in January 2022, a short four months later. We hired Sonia for the Partial Wedding Planning package and were extremely pleased with her work.
Sonia is very organized and thoroughly prepared with everything that goes into planning a wedding. She had checklists and timelines at hand to keep everything on track which took much of the pressure off. Sonia has a kind and calm demeanor while still being persistent in “checking things off the list” which was the perfect balance for me!
She was accommodating with my schedule even though I was working full-time. She was professional yet also felt like a good friend that I could be open with in sharing ideas. She also had some awesome suggestions which showed that she really knew what she was doing and had a great eye for décor, theme, and overall timeline flow. She coordinated with all my other vendors until our wedding day and balanced checking in and relaying questions without overwhelming me.
On the wedding day everything worked flawlessly. I can honestly say that I was able to enjoy my wedding because I had full confidence that Sonia would handle every detail and would take care of anything unexpected. Everything flowed smoothly, exactly as intended, showing her great attention to detail and her character in truly going above and beyond to make our wedding day beautiful. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a wedding planner to hire Sonia!
