-1 star. Called at 9:30 this morning. The lady who answered the phone interrupted me to tell me she was on another call and could she call me back in 5 minutes. I agreed, she verified my number and we hung up.
It's now 5:55 p.m. and I'm still waiting for her call. Not really. Uniglobe obviously has so much business, they don't need mine.
