This summer i booked airfare for a trip to Hawaii for my family through Uniglobe Travel. I was pleasantly surprised a month after booking to receive an email from them letting me know that the price had dropped and I was receiving a $420 credit back from the airline! I never even knew that this was a possibility to get a credit if the airfare dropped but also I wouldn't have the time to watch it that closely myself anyway. Their system caught the rate drop for me and rebooked us for the lower price automatically! WOW! 5 stars - not only for saving me a bunch of money but also for being professional and friendly to interact with. I'll definitely always be booking through them going forward!

Rude awful experience dealing with this company. They will not return phone calls, only if you write a bad review on their Facebook page. Which is crazy and not a good look. One of the owners Steven Hicks reviews his own company......run beware!
