I had a bad experience with this company. I bought an electronic gift-card to my girlfriend which had a short trip to NYC and didn't use it eventually and when I asked them to cancel the transaction they refused to do so.

Smiralda was a very rude and aggressive manager. She made my job very difficult and stressful for no reason. She cannot control her temper and is very passive aggressive. Other than that the other managers were very nice.

Union Square Cafe

My sister, my mother, and I ate at the new location. It has a C rating. That is shameful. This is supposedly a high end restaurant. My sister and I ordered orata and my stepmother ordered the sea trout. The food was mediocre, not great, not bad. I called the manager , Hannah, the next day and voiced our disappointment with the food and the rating. I also wrote a Yelp review.

Never seen this coming through the chefs and HR are so nice we talked they make sure you ok and then best part a TEAM most BOH workers cant really gel together though as soon a is started working and then chef and supervisor seen what I can do they stated that I and a great asset to the team. USHG we got this.
