Weren't overally excited. When boarding there was a United employee who acted miffed he had to sit next to me and kept sucking snot in and out of his nose. Use a tissue already. An agent came up and asked him if he wanted to move up to first class. With a heck ya off he went. He couldn't get out of there soon enough. It was rude.

Totally incompetent. They didn’t know United’s own rules on checked bags so their solution is to charge me anyways and let me call customer service to try to get my money refunded. Also, rude and no manners. No please, no thank you. Never flying United out of FSD again. Update: the gate woman is even worse.

Very rude people, especially the Filipino guy...he thinks he's in his country where everybody yells at everybody 🙄 😒 so sad. I'm all about respecting everyone but I've lost my cool with him.

Very rude check in. Kept saying “that’s not how Sioux Falls does things”. Your city is lovely, but you’re not better than the rest of the USA. I promise you.
