Very rude would not let me talk. Tried to take my rights away of freedom of speech. Said they was going to call the cops but it's a public building and they are paid by the people. They sent my package back to sender and didn't give me a chance to come get it.

We are being outright refused to receive our mail. We had a old property that we used to get our mail but they marked it as vacant, so we had to get a change of address and put up a mail box at our new residence but when we had the mail box put infront of our new house the mail carrier refused to put mail in the mail box and said it was the wrong spot for the mail box and if we wanted the mail to be delivered there it would be 6 months before the route could be changed. They also said it has to be across the street in the neighbors backyard, or up at the end of the street. I found out that there was an old mail box from the previous owners still up there so we notified them and the mail carrier still refuses to put the mail in the mail box. We even just paid for a P.O. Box to avoid this whole mail box fiasco because at this point is has been months without mail important documents and child support, ssc checks that were not received because of this. But we received a paper that said that our proof of id was not valid because we used a id and a car title when a worker there said it is allowed to verify our identity so we are still not getting our mail and have to go through more hurdles to get our mail. It’s not like they have been nice and friendly there is a very rude lady that works there me and my wife heard her laughing about my grandmother because she can’t walk far due to medical issues with her feet and would prefer the mail box to be infront of our house so if she needs to she could check the mail. On the phone the same worker hung up on my grandmother when she was trying to figure out how to fix the mail issue and over all has been extremely disrespectful, and rude to my family when all we want is our mail. It should not be this difficult to get our mail we have been through hurtles to get our mail even spending 70+ dollars for a small P.O Box that we really should not even have to get when we have 3 perfectly fine mail boxes, 1 old address mail box, and 2 new address mail boxes and still are refused our mail.

They never give you time to get to the door and they never leave missed package notices anymore, so I don't know if I have to go down there or they'll try again.

They never arrive at the same time every day, but rather in a large time frame like a cable company or something. A package of mine was forgotten yesterday between 11:30 and noon. I'm told it'll be brought the following day. I'm very ill and I'm supposed to be on bed rest, but I decide to come and wait downstairs today while I have the energy to get down them. It's now almost 1:00 and nothing. I'm in agony, but if I go upstairs I won't have the strength to come get the package, and it's imperative I have it for work.

By far the worst I've ever dealt with and I've lived all over the country.

Terrible customer Service lost my package, found it and then call me an told me they were returning it to sender.
